Suwon burger restaurant with crispy sides: 666 Burger Main Branch

Normally, after dropping the kids off at school, I make do with a sandwich or bread for a late breakfast. But today I was craving a handmade burger so badly that I went to 666 Burger Main Branch, a popular handmade burger spot in Suwon. It had been a while since I had eaten alone, so I was a little nervous, but the atmosphere and food were both so nice that I really enjoyed my solo time at a relaxed pace.

666 Burger Main Branch hours and parking

Hours are 11:00–24:00 daily, and parking is available in the commercial building parking lot.

666 Burger is in the commercial building of Baekja Apartments in Maetan-dong, Suwon, and you can use the parking spaces by the building. I visited during weekday lunch, and there was plenty of parking.

A red interior with character

The inside of 666 Burger, a well-known handmade burger place in Suwon, has a characterful red interior, and I loved its distinct atmosphere. It would be nice for a date, and families could enjoy a change of scene too. When I visited, the tables were nearly full with dating couples, groups of friends, and families.

There are high chairs on one side of the restaurant too, so guests with babies should be able to dine comfortably.

There is also a separate self-service station with water, sauces, paper cups, forks, knives, wet wipes, and more.

Ordering by kiosk and choosing the menu

The burgers come as individual items or sets, and the ingredients in each burger are listed to help with choosing. I flinched when I saw the calories... but decided to pretend I had not seen them... and ordered the Best Position Set, shrimp rings, and churros 😊 During the short time I was ordering, delivery drivers kept coming in to pick up orders. I could see why this place is so well known for burgers in Suwon.

Thick patties and generous sides

As handmade burgers, the patties were thick, and the side dishes came in generous portions too.

As you would expect from a popular handmade burger restaurant in Suwon, the thick, tender patties were full of juices without any unpleasant meatiness. The vegetables were fresh too, giving everything a nice texture. The bun did not feel heavy, so although it was a burger, it felt like an overall wholesome meal.

666 Burger is not only good for handmade burgers; the sides are delicious too. Both the fries and shrimp rings were crispy, and because the fries were not thin, they made a very filling pairing with the burger.

I like churros and buy them fairly often, but the churros at 666 Burger were especially tasty because they were so crispy.

The restaurant has large windows, so I ate while looking at the lush green trees outside. The relaxed atmosphere made my solo meal feel wonderfully restorative 😆

The burger was bigger and the sides were more plentiful than I expected, so there was no way I could finish two churros. I carefully put them in a paper cup to take away. They were still delicious when I ate them a few hours later at home.. 👍 My children love burgers too, so I plan to bring them next time.
