Yangjae Citizen's Forest bar with egg in hell and beer: Pasta Gram

I visited this Yangjae restaurant for dinner with my boyfriend while we were out at Yangjae Citizen's Forest, and it was so good I had to write it up!! Both the pasta and the pizza were seriously delicious, so I thought this would be a great spot for a Yangjae bridal shower gathering later — here's the review haha

Pasta Gram Yangjae Main Branch is located at 59 Mabang-ro 2-gil, 1st floor, Seocho-gu, Seoul. It's open 11:30–23:30 and closed every Sunday.

Inside Pasta Gram, a restaurant near Yangjae Citizen's Forest

You can find this Western-style restaurant near Yangjae Citizen's Forest right after coming out of Exit 2 — and the interior vibe already makes you want a beer, haha. We just went for a simple beer-and-pizza night and ended up having a really great meal.

Inside there are about 5–6 tables, and there's also an outdoor terrace. In weather like this, eating outside would be amazing — it's got that outdoor-bar feel near Yangjae Citizen's Forest.

What's on the menu at Pasta Gram Yangjae Main Branch?

Here's the menu at Pasta Gram, this Yangjae Western-food restaurant — from special dishes to steak & pasta, pizza & salad, tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), fried snacks, and simple bar bites, they really have everything! We ordered Egg in Hell, spicy bacon tomato pasta, and quattro cheese & honey pizza! The prices are so reasonable for being near Yangjae — insane value, seriously ㅠㅠ A great budget-friendly spot near Yangjae Station.

We also ordered a cold draft beer! Pizza plus beer — how can you resist that combo?! A place near Yangjae Citizen's Forest where the drinks just keep going down easy.

My boyfriend had driven, so unfortunately he went with a non-alcoholic beer instead! Even the non-alcoholic one paired really well with the pizza.

A refreshing beer to start! We finished our drinks before the main dishes even arrived and ordered more lol. They had a good variety of bottled beers too — a perfect spot for a light drink near Yangjae Citizen's Forest.

Spicy bacon tomato pasta, 11,000 won

The spicy bacon tomato pasta came out first — honestly, being able to get pasta for ₩11,000 in Seoul felt unbelievable lol. And it wasn't just the price — the taste was insane too...

I wanted a thick, creamy pasta but with a bit of spice, so I ordered this — and it was exactly the thick + spicy combo I was hoping for!! There were mushrooms and onions inside too. It wasn't super spicy, so it stayed creamy and balanced.

I was impressed from the very first bite — it was so good it made me curious about their other pasta dishes! There's clearly a reason this restaurant near Yangjae Citizen's Forest Station has such good reviews... great price and top-quality taste.

I'm definitely coming back here. I think my friends would love it if I brought them here for a bridal shower gathering in Yangjae lol. Since I love drinking anyway, being able to have beer with Western food makes it perfect for that kind of get-together >_<

Quattro cheese & honey pizza, dipped in honey

Next came the pizza and Egg in Hell we ordered. We only ordered 3 dishes but the portions were bigger than expected lol. And since the prices are so reasonable, you can order without worry.

Pasta in the ₩10,000s and pizza only in the ₩20,000s, at this quality... lol, it's crazy. I wonder if the owner is even making a profit.

Since we love cheese, we ordered the quattro cheese pizza loaded with cheese — it came out fast, the cheese stretched beautifully, and there was so much of it! Dipping the crust in the honey they provide made it the best combination.

I keep thinking about this pizza... writing this post is making me crave it again, so I'll probably be back at Pasta Gram soon lol.

I recommend eating the pizza right when it arrives, before the cheese sets!

Egg in hell with garlic baguette

I've been really into Egg in Hell lately, so I ordered it — and the first bite made me think of wine ㅠㅠ Pasta Gram Yangjae Main Branch also sells wine, by the way.

The garlic baguette pairs even better when eaten alongside the Egg in Hell.

Egg in Hell is an egg stew made with a tomato sauce base, and the eggs inside were big! It was hearty and filling beyond just the eggs.

Apparently the thick, spicy bacon pasta we ordered is Pasta Gram's best-selling menu item. Having tried it myself, I totally get why people love it.

Is Pasta Gram a good spot for a group gathering in Yangjae?

They also sell San Miguel bottled beer, so I lost count of how many bottles I had lol. Somehow bottled beer just goes down even easier haha. The pizza and pasta at this Yangjae Citizen's Forest restaurant are so good that they're great with beer~

If you're looking for a spot near Yangjae Citizen's Forest for a bridal shower gathering, how about Pasta Gram! Especially if you want Western food with some casual drinks, I don't think there's a better place. Both the pasta and pizza were perfect quality haha.
