Today I visited Gimssi Chicken Amsa Market Branch, inside Amsa Market. I'd heard there was a place famous for dakgangjeong (sweet-spicy fried chicken bites) in the market, and as someone who loves dakgangjeong, there was no way I could walk past it haha.

I love dakgangjeong so much I ordered two whole tubs, and I liked how they packed it right into the containers. Instead of pouring the sauce on separately, they toss it fresh right when you order, mixing it up nicely.

When I got the tubs, the dakgangjeong was really packed in tight — even just looking at it, the portion seemed generous.

Once I got it home and opened it up, the dakgangjeong was piled high and looked delicious. What I loved most was the texture!

while the spicy version definitely packed more heat than the medium-spicy, and I think it'd be great for anyone who likes their dakgangjeong properly spicy. Getting both flavors together made it fun to switch back and forth between bites haha.
