In short
Moshi Moshi Sushi Lotte Department Store Gwangbok (모시모시스시 롯데백화점 광복점) is a Japanese sushi restaurant on the 10th floor of the main building of Lotte Department Store Gwangbok in Nampo, Busan. The writer worked through the assorted sushi B (10 pieces), the sushi set (the better one) that comes with udon, and the white fish sushi (10 pieces) made only with flounder, finding big cuts of fish plus filling tempura and tofu salad. Moshi Moshi Sushi is an easy pick for a family meal or a date after shopping in Nampo.

Where is Moshi Moshi Sushi in Lotte Department Store Gwangbok, and what is the restaurant like?
Momoshi Sushi Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch is on the 10th floor of the main building of Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch. Since it's inside the department store, it's easy to stop by before or after shopping.

Overall the space was pretty spacious and clean and pleasant. There were single seats too, so it looked good for solo dining or a family meal.

This place has an 'excellent' restaurant hygiene grade, so you can trust the food here! It's also company-operated rather than a franchise, so the same standards and philosophy are kept across all branches, meaning you can expect the same satisfaction anywhere.
The signature at Moshi Moshi Sushi: a full sushi set with domestic ingredients

The sushi set is the signature menu here! There are lots of menu options, so you can eat according to your taste haha

All the ingredients that go into the sushi are domestic!
Assorted sushi B, 10 pieces: the salmon steals the plate
🥢 Assorted sushi B, 10 pieces

Composition: sushi (flounder, tuna, salmon, shrimp, beef, eel, yukhoe/beef tartare), vegetable salad, tofu salad, tempura (shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato)
There was a wide variety, so it was fun to eat! Every single piece of fish on the sushi was generously sized, which made it really satisfying to eat.
I usually don't like salmon that much, but after eating the salmon sushi here at Momoshi, I fell in love with salmon. 😍 Eaten together with the white sauce on top, it was seriously so soft! The salmon's own nutty flavor, melting in the mouth, was fully present. The eel was also clean with no fishy smell! I'm usually not a big fan of yukhoe, but it was nutty and delicious haha

Sushi set (the better one): udon instead of extra sushi pieces
🥢 Sushi set (the better one), composition: sushi (flounder, salmon, tuna, flounder, shrimp, eel, beef), tofu salad, vegetable salad, udon, tempura (shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato). This sushi set has fewer sushi pieces than the assorted sushi but comes with udon instead.

The udon came out piping hot, and eating it together with the sushi was really satisfying — the whole meal felt filling and generous haha 🍲 Among Nampo's Japanese restaurants, this was a set worth ranking near the top for how solid it was!

White fish sushi, 10 pieces: flounder only
🥢 White fish sushi, 10 pieces, composition: sushi (flounder), tofu salad, vegetable salad, tempura (shrimp, eggplant, sweet potato). Lots of sushi places don't even have a menu made entirely of white fish, so I liked that this place has one! Glossy, thick-cut flounder sashimi was piled generously on top of the rice. One bite and my mouth was full of a chewy texture.

The vegetable salad and tofu salad were also really satisfying. The tofu salad's dressing especially had a bit of a peanut sauce taste, which paired really well with the soft flavor of the tofu.

The tempura was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside — a 7-star level of satisfaction!
Lastly, I tried the clean, light white fish sushi too. 🍣 The sushi is made entirely of flounder. Lots of sushi places don't even have a menu made entirely of white fish, so I liked that this place has one! Glossy, thick-cut flounder sashimi was piled generously on top of the rice, bursting with chewiness from the very first bite. The subtle sweetness and nuttiness of the flounder that came through with each chew was genuinely delicious. 👍
