Last time I also tried the boneless fried chicken — crispy and juicy, genuinely delicious. The kind of taste you want to eat while walking around hahaha.

I tried the still-warm, freshly fried drumsticks first. Inside the thin, crispy coating was soft, tender meat >< Best of all, the seasoning wasn't overdone, so it was light and really nice. The seasoning was mild enough for kids too, not salty at all. 👍 They give you salt on the side, so if you want it a bit saltier, you can dip it in.

You could tell from the first bite that they use good fresh chicken, not frozen — there was zero gamey smell and the meat was tender.

On top of that, the sweet but not overpowering signature sauce was thinly and evenly coated, giving it an incredible savory depth!! My family all said it was really good and talked about buying it again next time we go to Amsa Market haha. The moment we opened the box, the rice cakes disappeared first haha. The soft, chewy sauced rice cakes were so good.
