Gwacheon café for Helsinki Latte and study time: Minimale

This is a Gwacheon café I truly~~~~ love—I even ordered drinks and bakery items for delivery with Sso last year, haha.

This is the warm, wonderful-coffee spot “Minimale Coffee Roaster Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Branch (미니말레 커피뢰스터 과천지식정보타운점),” where you can properly enjoy the atmosphere of cafés in Seoul, Tokyo, and Europe—and the happiness of a cup of coffee!!

The atmosphere is so good, right!!! It has that modern~ yet warm feeling I love, haha. Minimale Coffee Roaster Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Branch makes me happy as soon as I walk in. ദ്ദി ՞• ·̫ •՞ ꒱

A varied menu, from coffee to wine

Here’s the menu!! Some drinks can be switched to oat milk too!!! An essential for me, since I’m lactose intolerant (⸝⸝ ´𐋣`⸝⸝)

There are so~ many coffee options, from the signature Helsinki Latte to Condensa Latte (condensed-milk latte), Flat Green Latte, and British Einspänner, plus special cold brew and today’s specialty drip coffee, haha.

Along with milk tea, dark chocolate latte, fruit latte, fresh fruit juice, and babyccino, they also have ice cream latte, ice cream, and affogato, so come take a look, haha. My eyes were just darting everywhere ,, (｡´⌣` ,,) They have wine too!! Red, white, and rosé are all available, haha.

Oh, and by the way! Minimale insists on using only high-quality green coffee beans scoring 80 points or above, and says it maximizes the beans’ character through research and profiling at its Seocho-dong roastery. There are also three options suited to different preferences.

• Balance: a harmony of Ethiopia’s pleasing acidity and clean sweetness
• Dunkel: a full body and peak dark-chocolate flavor
• Decaf: balanced Colombian coffee flavor without the caffeine burden

I went around 4 PM, and almost all the bakery items were sold out ㅠㅠ Just like a Gwacheon café known for its baked goods,,, it’s popular ㅠㅠ Since it opens in the morning, it seemed like lots of people come for brunch or lunch with a sandwich menu item (ฅ＾•˕•＾ฅ)っ

Minimale also has handmade New York cookies, fresh-cream scones, and AOP butter croissants?!

Ordering the Helsinki Latte and egg mayo sandwich

We ordered~ “Helsinki Latte (₩5,200) + fresh-squeezed grapefruit ade (₩4,800) + egg mayo sandwich (₩5,300)”!!

The visuals are wild, right,,? Even the napkins have insanely good design vibes here •͈˽•͈

The fresh-squeezed grapefruit ade (₩4,800) is made with 100% grapefruit juice and Chojung-ri mineral sparkling water, so it’s super refreshing~ and cool, haha. It’s great to have alongside your drink when you want brightness and refreshment rather than the latte’s sweet nuttiness ~~ (And it’s pretty, right? haha)

The Helsinki Latte I cycle over for

The Helsinki Latte (₩5,200), my number-one pick, finally appears. I cycle here all the time just to get this latte to go, and order it for delivery too... This is truly my latte for life.

They say it is their own reinterpretation of the memory of a soft, rich latte encountered while traveling in Northern Europe!? Its not-too-sweet flavor and the nuttiness of milk meet specialty espresso, and once you try it, you can’t forget it,,,

A warm egg mayo sandwich

The egg mayo sandwich (₩5,300)!!! It’s the most classic, satisfying sandwich, generously filled with fresh egg mayo, with cheese that melts moistly and softly in your mouth.

It comes warmed up◡ ̈ ✌︎ It was really great for having a filling meal?! Try it when you’re hungry, haha.

Details for studying and gift wrapping

There are paintings and posters throughout the interior that brighten up the mood, plus water and blankets thoughtfully kept ready at all times, all amid the stylish décor ( ֊ ̫ ֊ )

You can also see gift bundles on display. As this is a neighborhood with lots of people moving in alongside new development, they apparently offer Gwacheon wine group-gift wrapping for housewarmings, moving-in greetings, and all kinds of gatherings?! Wouldn’t a gift set of Minimale’s signature cookies and wine be so nice ,,૮₍´｡･⩊･ ｡`₎ა

They also prepare customized specialty coffee and cookie catering for corporate events and group gatherings through advance consultation, so keep that in mind, haha.

• Public holidays follow weekend hours. Check Naver Place for closure days!
• It is on the first floor of Gwacheon E Tower in Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town.
• After parking in the building’s underground garage, go through the revolving door on the first floor and head right; it is on the corner.
• On the way back, take the freight elevator beside the gate you came out of to go down to the parking garage.
• There are 3 hours of free parking on weekdays and weekends. You must request parking registration.
