The space combines red and black — simple but with a striking punch of color.

The tables have generous spacing and the space overall feels wide open.

Window seating at Pulse Line Coffee

There are window seats too, good for chatting with a friend.

The wall-side tables have outlets, which makes them decent for laptop work. I actually spent my time there charging my phone while waiting for my husband.

Alongside the standard menu, the unique signature drinks catch your eye. The Pulse-nal Latte is one of the most distinctive items at Pulse Line Coffee — made with herb milk and red beet, it's quite different from a regular latte.

For dessert they sell muffins along with the signature brûlée pie and crumble pie — and they're made right there in the shop!

There's an oven in the shop, and I even caught a glimpse of the owner making pies. I was curious about the taste, so I ordered one. +_+

Several kinds of beans sold in-store are also on display.

The drink and pie arrived haha

What surprised me was the color of the drink — with the red beet in it, it's such a pretty shade haha

A cup of the red beet Pulse-nal Latte

A flavor built on soft, nutty herb milk with a distinctive aroma that spreads subtly!

It's not too heavy or sweet — a clean feel that pairs easily with dessert.

Brûlée pie with a crisply baked top

Unlike a typical pie, the brûlée pie has a crisply baked top, so the texture stands out. The moist cookie base is layered with vanilla cream cheese filling and lemon zest for a sweet-and-tangy style.

Such a soft brûlée pie. Even after already eating a full meal, I kept reaching for more slices haha
