Today I want to introduce a café I've visited really often for a long time! It's Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan ☕️

If you live in Cheonan you've probably heard of it at least once. It's that famous a café in Sinbu-dong haha. I used to stop by often whenever I wanted coffee, so visiting again after a while felt oddly nostalgic. So let me introduce the Brewers Coffee I've been to so many times.

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is at 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. It's open daily from 12:00 to 21:00, with last order at 20:30.

Brewers' two signature menu items are Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee.

There are waiting seats right next to the door leading out to the terrace.

After ordering, staff asked us to wait a bit on the terrace, so we sat there while we waited. There's also water placed next to the terrace seats.

Hehe, our order was all packed up haha.

How does the sweet latte taste?

My favorite coffee at Brewers is the sweet latte. I'm totally a latte person and always order lattes, and the sweet latte is quite a bit sweeter than a regular latte. But sometimes you crave something sweet, right~ and it's perfect for those moments — it puts me in a good mood ☺️☺️ At Brewers, I'm all about the sweet latte and the 041 coffee 💖

Vanilla canelé and almond choco madeleine, tasted

At Brewers, I can never skip dessert!!! Even if I'm full, I have to save room for canelé and financiers ~ㅠ

The canelé's exterior is baked slightly crisp while the inside is incredibly moist. That's the classic crisp-outside, soft-inside texture. Brewers is genuinely the number one canelé spot, hands down. It's the item I've eaten here most often, and I never get tired of it, no matter how many times. It pairs so well with a latte.

The almond choco madeleine combines chocolate and almond, so if you love sweet desserts, it's a real recommendation. The madeleine wasn't dry at all — the inside was really soft.

This time I couldn't eat inside at Brewers and had to take it all to go, but next time I want to come a bit earlier and eat in the café. Brewers is basically synonymous with Cheonan café — that's how famous it is. If you're visiting Cheonan, I recommend Brewers Coffee.
