Easy White Bread has finally opened near my place~! I'd been curious about it since it's known for great milk bread, and it turned out to open right between Bucheon City Hall and Sinjung-dong. Soft, chewy milk bread. Plenty of varieties like olive cheese milk bread and soboro chestnut rice cake milk bread, plus house-made cream cheese and jam to enjoy alongside.

As a self-proclaimed bread lover, I couldn't just walk past! Nyam nyam nyam. I finally visited the Easy White Bread I'd been curious about, looked around, bought some, and gave it a try!

Can you get into Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong with a stroller?

Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. I came out with my kid for a walk, and lately, pushing a stroller around, I've found stores with steps at the entrance hard to get into.

I visited with my heart pounding, hoping for the best — and luckily there was a proper ramp at the entrance, so I could get in comfortably even with the stroller!

The interior was clean and cozy overall, nicely put together. There were seats too, so it looks like a nice spot to enjoy bread sold by the piece with a coffee or drink right there in the store.

Easy White Bread had more bread varieties and quite a few more drink options than I expected!

Golden Beurre milk bread: half or whole, and how to choose the slice thickness

Easy White Bread's milk bread apparently uses top-grade naturally fermented 100% French butter! The Golden Beurre milk bread is their signature menu item.

It's sold in half and whole sizes, so you can go half if you just want a taste, or whole if you want plenty. They also cut the bread to your preferred thickness.

They also sell milk bread & house-made fruit butter jam gift sets, great for gifting a bakery item. I rushed out before putting my kid down for a nap, so I was thirsty. Let's pick a drink too~~ they recommended the Mochoberry, but I'm a matcha lover! I ordered the matcha milk blended.

I really wanted the fresh cream castella bread too, but today I didn't get greedy and bought just enough to eat.

I love pulling bread apart to eat, so I cut off just enough, popped it in the air fryer, and pulled it apart~!! Nyam nyam while keeping an eye on my sleeping kid via tablet. The pull-apart cheese and olives are so fun to eat, and delicious too 👍

Golden Beurre cut 2.5cm thick: French toast for weekend brunch

~ The reason I went to buy bread ~ to make French toast!!! The next day was the weekend, so I bought it home wanting to make French toast for brunch with my husband.

It said 2.5cm thickness is best for French toast, so I asked for a thick cut. Whisked up milk, egg, and sugar ~ and soaked the bread in it ~

😝 The bread itself is nutty and soft, so my expectations were sky high 😝

Ta-da — genuinely delicious, put together a whole meal in no time.

Maybe because the milk bread is made fresh and carefully every day, it had that soft, chewy texture I loved!! It's close to home too, so I think I'll be visiting again from time to time. Next time, I want to try the cream castella I missed, and work through the other milk breads one by one — I'll keep posting about it~!!
