Step into the red-brick building with its Brooklyn vibe and a wide space spanning from the 1st to the 3rd floor comes into view.

Each floor has a slightly different mood and seating layout, and I liked that you can pick a spot to match your taste — from solo seats to bar tables, couple seats, terrace, and rooftop.

If you're visiting on a date, the couple seats or terrace are great, and if you're coming with a company gathering or a bunch of friends, the group seating for 4–8 people works well.

If you're visiting alone and want to spend time leisurely, you can go for the solo seats or bar tables — so seating is easy to choose depending on your headcount or purpose.

On top of that, you can see the kitchen up close where the bagels are actually made by hand, so it's a space that's fun to walk around, rather than just a place to grab coffee and a bagel and leave.

True to its name, Orange Bagel offers a really wide range of menu items.

There's everything from plain, blueberry, cranberry, and rye for something simple, to orange, basil, olive tomato, garlic, corn, and Laugen butter for something with more character — a genuinely huge variety of bagel types.

The scallion cream bacon has that distinctive sharp bite of scallion cutting through the richness of the cream cheese, so it doesn't get tiresome even down to the last bite.

The bacon egg mayo goes down really easily as a first meal of the day, with soft, mild egg mayo and salty bacon in every bite. The dough is made by mixing French and Canadian flour in a golden ratio, so it's not chewy in a tough way — the more you chew, the more mellow it tastes.

The Laugen bagel, with its distinctive salty-savory German Laugen flavor paired with deep, rich butter, kept its dense, chewy texture even after I boxed it up and brought it home to eat later.

With its Brooklyn-style red-brick exterior and varied seating layout, this is a Suwon café that feels different depending on who you come with.

If you want to drive over comfortably with kids or family on a weekend morning, the flow is very smooth thanks to the large parking lot and the 4–8 person group seating.
