Terrace seating, salt bread, and 8-pack gift box: Cafe Cozy Bear

There are so many great salt bread spots these days, but I got recommended one that's already blowing up in Songdo, Incheon, so I quickly went to check it out!! There were so many kinds of salt bread and the vibe was great — here's my review of Cafe Cozy Bear 🥐🤎 (the salt bread packaging box was so cute it'd make a great gift too)

What is Cafe Cozy Bear, the salt bread bakery in Songdo?

Cafe Cozy Bear is a salt bread bakery and café located in Songdo!!! Since it hasn't been open long, they're running a buy-3-get-1 event on salt bread, and a lot of people were stopping by just to take some home!! The exterior alone was so cute I got happy just looking at it ㅠㅠㅠ

Inside there was a cozy space to sit and enjoy coffee and bread, with about 3-4 tables!!

An 8-piece salt bread gift box — good for presents?

Since the weather had cooled down, we grabbed a seat on the outdoor terrace and came in to pick out our salt breads hahaha. But wait! The salt bread gift box was SO cute? This would be such a hit as a housewarming gift or something to bring to friends ㅜㅜ🤍 If you buy 8 salt breads they pack them in this box, so grabbing several while the 3+1 event is still running seems like a smart move

There were really so many kinds of salt bread!! We ordered the red-bean-butter salt bread and the castella salt bread haha!

There were so many varieties of salt bread!

And for drinks we ordered two iced Americanos (₩3,800)!! The signature drinks were a vanilla bean cream latte and a Valrhona chocolate milk Cozy latte, and I really wanted to try that Valrhona chocolate milk that shows up at the top of Naver next time!

Zoning out on the terrace on a weekend, soaking in the cool breeze — pure happiness,, 💚 It's been ages since the weather got this refreshing ㅜㅜ Cozy Bear's terrace is the best

They brought the coffee and bread straight out to the terrace for us!! The salt bread was so so cute ㅠ it really is! The red-bean-butter had savory butter along with sweet red beans that you could still feel the texture of ㅠㅠㅠ so delicious

The salt bread was butterly but didn't crumble apart too much either, which made it perfect for the red-bean-butter ㅠㅠㅠ they matched perfectly!! The red bean also felt like it might've been simmered in-house — it was light and sweet, totally my taste

How was the castella salt bread we were most looking forward to?

And now, the castella salt bread we were most excited about at Cozy Bear!!!!! It really looked so delicious ㅠㅠㅠ

Inside the castella salt bread was this soft cream, and it tasted just like the cream inside a white roll, so it went perfectly with that soft powdery texture!!!! On top of that, the salt bread's salty flavor stuck around throughout, so I was extremely satisfied!!!

I really enjoyed the iced Americano too, which went so well with the salt bread 🤎ㅎㅎ Finding this Songdo, Incheon bakery was a total success!!
