Incheon Terminal BBQ with a seafood ramyeon finale: Euljiro Charcoal
In short
Euljiro Charcoal Grill Guwol Branch (을지로 연탄구이 구월점) is a charcoal-grill pork restaurant in Guwol-dong, Namdong, Incheon, within walking distance of Incheon Terminal Station. Two adults ordered the 600g mixed pork platter with soybean paste stew and closed the meal with seafood ramyeon (spicy noodles), refilling lettuce and side dishes as often as they liked at the self-serve bar. With its loud pojangmacha (street tent bar) mood and 2 hours of free parking, Euljiro Charcoal Grill Guwol Branch is a good pick for grilled meat and a drink.

[Guwol-dong pork belly spot _ Euljiro Charcoal Grill] Came here to load up on meat for some strength haha. Looking at the photos to write this, I'm already drooling.

Where is Euljiro Charcoal Grill Guwol Branch, and is there parking?
Euljiro Charcoal Grill Guwol Branch is 525m from Exit 2 of Incheon Terminal Station, at 18 Inha-ro 507beon-gil, Namdong-gu, Incheon. It's closer to Incheon Terminal than I expected, so it's actually a pretty decent spot for a meat-and-drinks night in Guwol-dong.
If you're driving, good news — parking is available! Though the lot can be a bit confusing the first time, so follow the parking attendant's guidance at the entrance.

Inside Euljiro Charcoal Grill: a pojangmacha (street tent bar) mood
Euljiro Charcoal Grill Guwol Branch has such a pojangmacha (street food tent) feel that between the meat and the alcohol menu, you kind of just want to order everything.

Toward the back there are quite a lot of tables, so it works well for bigger groups too. It's not that clean, quiet BBQ restaurant feeling — more like a rowdy, grill-and-drink-together kind of place. If you're into that vibe, you'll like it from the moment you walk in 🍻

Free lettuce and side dish refills at the self-serve bar
It was nice not having to keep calling the staff over whenever we needed more side dishes. Lettuce and banchan (side dishes) disappear fast when you're eating meat, right? With this, you can just grab more without feeling awkward about it haha. I secretly love BBQ places that have a self-serve bar like this.

The 600g mixed pork platter: just right for two
We got the most popular menu, the 600g mixed platter. It's exactly the right amount for two adults. I liked that it wasn't just one cut of meat but a mix you can choose from.
I love trying a little bit of each cut, so this setup was very welcome, and first-timers can just order based on their preference too.

The side dishes and the owner's grilling tips
Charcoal! Grilled! Meat! The first side dishes are set up just like this — fresh lettuce, sweet onion, a light vegetable salad, and a spicy sauce, all delicious as a basic spread. The owner was so friendly, explaining each dish as it came out, which I really appreciated haha.

This little side dish was genuinely delicious. I ate it to curb my hunger before the meat came, and it was so much better than expected that I kept going back for more. Slightly icy, sweet and spicy — perfect wrapped up with the meat. It cuts through the greasiness of the meat too. But I think I finished it before the meat even arrived 😋

Pork belly, neck, dwaetgogi, jowl, skirt and crispy skin
The meat, oh the meat — pork belly / pork neck / pork skirt / jowl / pork skirt meat / pork skin / mushroom. All coming into my mouth! The meat wasn't too fatty, mostly lean, so I was excited excited excited before I even took a bite 🤩

Sizzling away on the grill along with bean sprouts, kimchi, and garlic — work hard, charcoal fire 💃

Soybean paste stew at a Korean BBQ restaurant
While wrapping up meat in lettuce, I got curious about the doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) too — and turns out it was exactly my kind of stew. I just scraped the whole bowl clean, so ridiculously good. A BBQ restaurant's doenjang jjigae never disappoints 👍

The meat was so tender and delicious. Perfectly grilled, just melting away. Seriously so good.

Finishing with seafood ramyeon packed with bean sprouts
Last thing we ordered was the seafood ramyeon (instant noodle soup)... this one comes with so many bean sprouts it's basically two servings. Tons of noodles, tons of bean sprouts. There were clams too, and the shrimp were plump. I fell for it completely. You'll want to eat it again.

Who should visit this Guwol-dong charcoal grill in Incheon?
Overall it was a day of eating myself full, from the meat to all the side dishes. If you're looking for pork belly or charcoal BBQ in Guwol-dong, or want to grill meat loudly with friends, this place is worth a visit! Going through these photos again makes me want to go eat meat all over again… should really know better than to look at meat photos at night 🥹🥩
