Menu and prices: jambon or dongpo pork?
You can choose either dongpo pork or jambon (smoked pork) as the ramen topping. I went with jambon, and it was so good I've ordered jambon every single time since, haha.

I heard Menya Seoul's dongpo pork is made from whole pork belly cuts! On top of that, the broth is flavored with 25 different ingredients, and they use ajitama aged in a special sauce for +48 hours, so you get even tastier ramen.
Gyoza, karaage, and chicken rice bowl can all be ordered in small sizes, so it seems easy to go for without much pressure.

Seating, the self-serve bar and the Naver review event
After ordering you can sit at the seats right in front of the shop. There are plenty of seats separate from that too, which is great.
They have lemon kelp vinegar and chili oil (rayu) set up separately, so apparently adding them to the mazesoba or cold ramen gives you a different flavor to enjoy.

The jambon ramen set in mild broth
I ordered the jambon ramen as a set. I added an extra ajitama, chose gyoza as my set side, and also ordered a small sweet soy chicken rice bowl on the side. Getting the small size made it feel low-pressure, which I liked.
The jambon ramen broth is packed with garlic and scallions, giving it a refreshing yet deep flavor. Not spicy, not greasy, and genuinely delicious.
The noodles are thin, which pairs really well with the ramen.
Eating it with the tender jambon is also amazing.
There's a ton of scallions piled in, so the scallion aroma really comes through — and since it smells so good, I kept sipping the broth over and over, haha.
I love eggs so I added an ajitama. It's aged for 48 hours, making it even more delicious!
Sweet soy chicken rice bowl, small size
I ordered the sweet soy chicken rice bowl separately in the small size. The small size is small enough that it felt more like a side dish.
With bonito flakes on top, it gives off a bit of a Japanese vibe. The soy sauce on top wasn't too salty and the seasoning was just right. I usually don't like the pickled radish that comes with rice bowls, but the pickled radish here wasn't off-putting at all and I ate it all.
Crispy gyoza on the side
Gyoza can also be ordered in a small size, but since I got the set menu, I chose gyoza as my side. Both the gyoza and the sweet soy chicken rice bowl were delicious, so I recommend both.
The soy sauce is already brushed on, so there's no need to season it yourself. Totally crispy-outside-tender-inside gyoza, seasoned just right — I ate it happily. It's great for solo dining in Guwol-dong and it's a good restaurant to know at the Lotte Department Store — if you like Japanese ramen, I recommend it as a good place to eat at Incheon Lotte Department Store.
