Gangnam Station restaurant for a four-dish group table: Eulji Darak
In short
Eulji Darak Gangnam Station is a Western restaurant on the second floor of a building about 269m from Gangnam Station Exit 11 in Gangnam, Seoul. After a first visit for a friend's wedding invitation gathering, the writer returned and filled the table with Darak omelet rice at 17,000 won, Darak rose pasta at 19,000 won, katsu sando at 12,000 won and corn gnocchi at 19,000 won. Eulji Darak Gangnam Station works well for groups with different tastes, since everyone can pick their own plate.

📍 Eulji Darak Gangnam Station ⏰ Hours Daily 11:30–21:15 / Last order 20:30 🏠 Address 22 Gangnam-daero 96-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 2nd floor / No parking support 🚇 About 269m from Gangnam Station Exit 11 🍽️ Ordered Darak Omelet Rice ₩17,000 · Darak Rose Pasta ₩19,000 · Katsu Sando ₩12,000 · Corn Gnocchi ₩19,000 ✨ One-line summary A Western restaurant near Gangnam Station first visited for a wedding invitation meetup, revisited because the menu combo was that good
I kept thinking back to Eulji Darak Gangnam Station, where I first went for a friend's wedding invitation meetup, so this time I went again. It's a great place near Gangnam Station where people with different tastes — omelet rice, pasta, gnocchi — can each pick what they want, so it's worth remembering for a wedding-invitation gathering or a friend meetup. This time I ordered generously, focusing on the signature menu items. 🥰
The 2nd-floor entrance of Eulji Darak Gangnam Station — definitely check the entrance photos
Eulji Darak Gangnam Station is on the 2nd floor of the building, so if it's your first visit, it's easy to miss the entrance. It's fairly close to Gangnam Station, but if you're rushing while just glancing at a map, you might walk right past it! 🥲

Once you go up to the 2nd floor, there's a sign above a door saying "This is not a Door," and above the elevator to the left it says "This is not an Elevator" — I thought it was a joke and tried to yank open the door that wasn't a door, but it stayed firmly shut... 🚪ㅎ..;?
There's actually no elevator, so I'd come up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and right when I was thinking "did I get the entrance wrong...? should I go back down...?" I pressed the elevator button and the shop's entrance opened up haha ㅠㅠ (what a prank~ 🙄) Since it had been a while, I found myself wondering, "was the entrance always like this?!"
Right after the entrance there's a restroom on the right, which is also a bit of a puzzle — it looked like a staff-only space but turned out to be the restroom. What I thought was the entrance was a decorative door, and what I thought was a broken elevator was the actual entrance...! @_@ Felt like I'd wandered into Alice in Wonderland.

Seating and atmosphere — do you need a reservation?
Same as during the wedding-invitation meetup, at peak hours there were so many guests it was hard to find an empty table. If you're going with a group especially, it's much more reassuring to secure a table in advance through Naver reservation (waitlist seating is also available!). Gangnam Station is clearly loud and crowded, but stepping into this space feels like arriving somewhere completely different.

It's such a fairytale-like space, it almost feels like being at an exhibition.

By the way, water is self-serve! Grab wet wipes and tissues too while you're at it~ :)

The four dishes I ordered this time
Darak Omelet Rice · ₩17,000

The Darak Omelet Rice is 17,000 won — a soft Japanese-style omelet topped with Darak's homemade omelet rice sauce. Fried rice, omelet, and sauce all come together on one plate, making it an easy, safe pick even on a first visit. If you're visiting with a group, it also pairs well shared alongside pasta. And a staff member showed off the pom-pom-tastic move of cutting the omelet open in one stroke — "I'm about to cut it, would you like to film it?" "Yes-!" — everyone ended up filming, a fun little moment haha. Tastes great and the performance is fun too, so I'd recommend ordering it :)
Darak Rose Pasta · ₩19,000

The Darak Rose Pasta is 19,000 won, made with Darak's homemade meat sauce, fresh cream, and Grana Padano cheese. Since it uses a spicy meat sauce, it went well alongside milder dishes like the omelet rice. If you're looking for pasta near Gangnam Station, this pairs nicely as part of the signature combo. The rose pasta was a bit spicy, which made it work well with the other dishes too. The fresh cream is the real MVP 🤍 — creamy, sweet, and nutty.
Katsu Sando · ₩12,000

The Katsu Sando is 12,000 won, a Japanese-style pork cutlet sandwich made with roasted katsu. It's easy to share, so it fit especially well at a table where people were chatting and eating slowly. I ordered this one purely out of curiosity — I had my doubts about pork cutlet on bread instead of rice — but with the sauce that comes alongside it, it genuinely eats like a sandwich!? Feels like something you could split as an appetizer before the main meal!
Corn Gnocchi · ₩19,000

The Corn Gnocchi is 19,000 won, made with homemade corn purée and cream. It has a totally different character from the omelet rice, pasta, and sando, so it's a good addition when you want variety on the table. I keep ordering it every time I come and it never gets old — a Korean-style gnocchi that's just an unbeatable combo!! 💛 Nutty, sweet corn with chewy gnocchi almost feels like dessert, and I finished it happily, full and satisfied!
Tips worth knowing before you book
- Naver reservation recommended at peak times — lunch and dinner hours can fill up completely, so if it's a timed meetup like a wedding-invitation gathering or a blind date, book ahead.
- Check the entrance photos beforehand — since it's a 2nd-floor shop, it can take some time to find the entrance on your first visit. Take a look at the entrance photos in this post before you head out.
- Check for a Naver notification coupon — before visiting, tap 'get notifications' on Naver Place and check for coupons. As of writing, there was a coupon for one soft drink, so grab it if it's available. Please double-check the coupon conditions and availability before your visit!
Why I came back to Eulji Darak Gangnam Station for a meetup
Last time it was for a friend's wedding-invitation meetup; this time I came back simply because I kept thinking about the menu. From omelet rice to rose pasta, katsu sando, and corn gnocchi, the range of choices meant a group could each pick what they wanted comfortably. It's easy to get to right by the station, and above all, the atmosphere and the food are both great — highly recommend!!
