Where is Just Wonder Note, and is there parking?
Just Wonder Note is an LP café on the 1st floor of 1845 Ilju-dongno, Gujwa-eup, Jeju City, Jeju. There's a big parking space right next to the café, so parking was really convenient! Today I visited Just Wonder Note, a place I'd been wanting to check out among the cafés in Gimnyeong, Jeju.
It looks like they also run a guesthouse out back, and honestly the whole place looks like somewhere they'd film a dating show!

What's on the menu at Just Wonder Note
The menu at Just Wonder Note was made up of coffee and tea, drinks, and desserts! The moment I walked in, the music playing through the good speakers and the whole vibe were great.
For coffee, you could even choose the bean type. I ordered a shakerato and a tomato basil ade, plus an almond chocolate dessert. There was also a lemon dessert on the screen menu that I definitely want to try next time. You could switch to decaf or add an extra shot too!

The LP-lined interior and the seating
The interior at Just Wonder Note has LPs on display and it's so pretty that I ended up taking a ton of photos haha. The chairs also looked so comfy — and when I actually sat in the ones in the middle, they really were! I even looked them up online afterward, that's how much I liked them haha.

Speakers, the copying notebook and the shoes-off area
It was fun just wandering around looking at the speakers placed throughout Just Wonder Note! I wanted to listen to an LP, but the default store speakers sounded so good and the songs were great, so I just sat in a comfy chair and listened.
Besides the music, there's also a notebook for writing and a small collection of books, so time flew by without me noticing. In the notebook there were letters people had written to each other and even poems some guests had left, and reading through them was honestly touching.
There's also a cozy space where you can take your shoes off and sit comfortably, which gave it a warm feeling. Sitting there at night, I felt like I could easily doze off haha. In another area there was space for larger groups, and I even spotted an electric drum set — made me wonder if they hold performances there sometimes haha.

The window seats for listening to LPs alone
By the window there's a spot where you can quietly listen to LPs by yourself, with a wide variety of records to choose from below. The headsets were different types too, so it was fun trying each one out. With the palm trees visible outside, it really felt like Jeju.

How does the tomato basil ade taste?
The tomato basil ade at Just Wonder Note had the strongest basil aroma of any café I've tried so far. After a short wait, the staff brought the drink over haha. It was so pretty just to look at that it caught my eye immediately.
I've always liked tomato basil ade so I had high expectations, and it lived up to them — the basil flavor was the strongest I've ever had, and the tomato itself was so sweet and delicious! Turns out every tomato basil ade I'd had before this was nothing compared to this one.

The shakerato and the non-alcoholic whiskey
And the shakerato, my first time trying one — genuinely delicious. The coffee flavor and aroma really came through, and it was so smooth it just went down easy. They also added non-alcoholic whiskey, which gave it a clean finish!
From now on, if I'm choosing between regular coffee and a shakerato, I'm getting the shakerato haha. The glass was so pretty too that it added to the fun of drinking it. There were three coffee beans on top, which was also so cute.

The amande chocolat (almond chocolate) dessert
And the almond chocolate dessert... this is seriously so good. It's candied almonds coated in dark chocolate, and I was surprised by how generous the portion was. Once it melted in my mouth, the chocolate turned sweet and rich — truly delicious! The almonds were even served in a wine glass, which gave it a fancy touch! It was so good that I ate through it enthusiastically haha.

Is Just Wonder Note worth a visit? Final verdict
Every drink and dessert was delicious, the interior is pretty, you get to listen to good music through great speakers, and you can even listen to LPs for free — Just Wonder Note has it all. Why did I only discover this place now? It would be great if they stayed open later into the evening, but hey, I'm grateful they're open at all haha. Highly recommend Just Wonder Note.
