If einspänner is coffee, the Bear Einspänner is TOP...
My first impression of the Bear Einspänner was that fluffy, sweet cream piled sky-high! Just looking at the cream mounded on top of the glass, my mouth reacted before I even took a sip haha.
Bitter coffee and sweet cream meeting perfectly in my mouth! And that cute bear-like visual made me want to snap a photo before anything else!
Slurp... Is there a good einspänner spot near Suwon Station? Problem solved at Hongrad Suwon Station Branch!

Inside the 2nd-floor café: mood and seating
Being a 2nd-floor café, Hongrad Suwon Station Branch has a calmer, cozier atmosphere. There are big sofa seats, tables for two perfect for a cozy date, and larger tables too — a good mix. The interior vibe felt kind of American, somehow.

Can't resist a little props/gift shop corner inside a café!
How the Hongrad toast (7,000 won) tastes
Hongrad toast is no ordinary toast — this is THE Hongrad toast. Hongrad is a #dessertspot known for loading toast with nuts, ice cream, red beans, and roasted bean powder, right? While I was checking out the café, the menu suddenly appeared!

Rice cake, red bean, ice cream, and almonds all crunching and bursting together in every bite between the toast!!
Summer Latte, 6,500 won
The Summer Latte is an iced latte with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream plopped right in!

Bear Einspänner, 6,500 won
Ahh, this is too cute to eat... The #BearEinspänner with its adorable smiling bear face — proof shot first, obviously...!! Snap!!
A dessert stop straight after lunch
I'd literally just eaten lunch, but there's no resisting Hongrad toast, right? Crunchy and sweet down to the very last bite — exactly what you want with a post-lunch coffee, don't you think?

#SuwonStationCaféSpot approved? Yes, approved!
