Hi everyone! Isn't the weather amazing lately? On a holiday or weekend, how about catching that cool Gwangalli sea breeze and having brunch at a pretty café with sunlight pouring in!
I recently went to the Minrak area of Gwangalli, Busan, and visited a Gwangalli brunch café where the vibe and the food were both insane. It's Working Holiday Minrak! The moment I walked in, my jaw dropped at the atmosphere and the Gwangan Bridge view, haha. So let's get into the honest review~
Working Holiday Minrak: location, parking, and best time to visit
Working Holiday Minrak is on the 7th floor of Badamaru, 29 Minrak Subyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan, South Korea. It's near Gwangalli Beach, so it's great if you're touring Gwangalli brunch cafés, taking a Gwangalli drive, or looking for a date course.
This place is a hotspot for its atmosphere and delicious brunch, so it gets pretty crowded. If you want to snag a sunny seat without the rush, I'd recommend coming right after opening or slightly off the lunch hour! If you're driving, parking is available — just use the underground lot behind the Badamaru building.

Honestly, this might be the prettiest of all the Gwangalli brunch cafés I've been to. Plenty of spacious tables too, so it's great for hanging out with friends or a date spot!!

First up, the salmon eggs Benedict!
Can you see the poached egg...? Wow, this was genuinely so good. It wasn't overpowering, and somehow the natural flavor of the ingredients really shone through. Fresh and truly delicious, ugh.
Panuozzo, ₩17,000 — jambon, basil, and arugula
This is the panuozzo. It's a wood-fired tortilla with cheese, and basil sauce spread inside. This was my favorite of all. The jambon with basil and arugula combo — what can I even say, just so good, ugh.
The side of pumpkin soup was also really tasty.
Light but sweet, without being too sweet. Creamy and genuinely delicious!!
The oat latte and draft beer go great with brunch too
Their latte game is strong too?! Really tasty. And a cold draft beer went perfectly with brunch, haha.
Will I go back? Final verdict on Working Holiday Minrak
Working Holiday Minrak nailed both the brunch flavors and the café atmosphere, haha. Best of all the Gwangalli brunch cafés I've tried... It's relaxed with an exotic feel, and the sunlit, aesthetic interior makes for great photos too, ugh. It's basically optimized for healing, haha.
The place is clean and hygienic too. Even the restroom is spotless! The staff were kind as well... 200% return-visit intent here too, haha. If you want a brunch spot in Gwangalli/Minrak-dong with a great vibe and genuinely delicious food, I recommend this place!
