You order through a kiosk, and every menu item lets you choose a spice level: Original / Level 1 (mild spicy) / Level 2 (spicy) / Level 3 (very spicy)! We ordered the bacon carbonara and beef brisket pilaf, both at level 2! (We had no idea just how spicy that would be at the time... 😅)

Self-serve bar: pickles, jalapeños and kids' cutlery

The self-serve bar had everything laid out — sriracha sauce, pickles, jalapeños, napkins, cutlery, and kids' cutlery — which was really convenient. There were also kids' chairs, so it looked like a good place to dine out with children too.

Since we eat a lot of pickles with Western food, having them right there at the self-serve bar was so convenient and nice 👍👍👍

How the bacon carbonara and beef brisket pilaf tasted at spice level 2

The food came out fast as soon as we ordered! The bacon carbonara looked thick and rich, and really delicious.

I popped the soft-boiled egg and mixed the yolk evenly through the pilaf! The nutty, soft yolk blended into the pilaf, making it moist and deepening the flavor even more. It had a nutty taste with plenty of that smoky wok-fired flavor, which was so delicious.

The bacon carbonara had plenty of sauce, so it was even more moist and the flavor was amazing! There was a generous amount of bacon and garlic too, so it was really tasty! Nutty and spicy — the kind of taste that really clears you up inside!

After adding extra noodles, the portion was seriously huge. The carbonara was so good! Even level 2 was spicy enough for a spice lightweight like me — I was sweating buckets while eating it hahahaha. But since there was so much sauce, scooping it up with a spoon was fiery and so delicious 👍👍👍👍👍

The pilaf was great too — the fluffy rice blended well with the ingredients, and every bite was full of smoky flavor and spice, really delicious! Thanks to the spiciness, it wasn't greasy at all and I kept going back for more. Mixing in the soft-boiled egg with the pilaf added a nutty, soft dimension that made it even tastier. And eating the pilaf together with the pasta turned out to be a surprisingly great combination! Alternating between the spicy, smoky pilaf and the pasta with its smooth sauce worked really well together.
