The spicy mushroom broth at Shabu in Seoul Yongsan Main Branch looks red but is mild enough for anyone to handle. The shabu-shabu ingredients get set up quickly after ordering! This was my first time trying the spicy mushroom broth, and I worried it'd be really spicy since it looked so red, but no need to worry~

The table was already packed just with the basic ingredients! I thought about ordering more but figured the basic vegetables and meat alone would fill us up, so I skipped it🥲

Dipping the meat and panda-patterned buncheonja into the sauce I made earlier — this was seriously so good✨ I picked the spicy broth because I had a bit of a cold, and it turned out perfect too, at this Samgakji Station meal spot Shabu in Seoul👍🏻 If you're deciding on a broth, I highly recommend the spicy mushroom〰️
