When we visited this Chuncheon favorite for weekend lunch, the place was packed with customers just as expected. There were a lot of soldiers around too, which really drove home that this is a Chuncheon hotspot.

The kids' cafe inside QooQoo Chuncheon Branch
Honestly, the biggest reason our family came to QooQoo Chuncheon Branch was that there's a kids' café right inside the store! It's the perfect spot for kids to run around and have fun while also enjoying great food. There's really no better place for a family gathering or family meal with kids in tow.

Starting with salad, then the sushi counter
The first bite of a buffet should always start light with something fresh, like salad! QooQoo Chuncheon Branch's salad section wasn't just varied in kinds of greens — there were several sauces to go with them too, so it was easy to eat to your own taste.
You should always fill your stomach with your eyes first, so we took our time browsing the salad corner and piled on as much as we wanted.
As you'd expect from a sushi specialty spot, QooQoo had a dizzying number of sushi varieties.

Our kids especially loved the various seafood sushi, the sweet-and-salty fried tofu pouch (yubu) sushi, and the plump shrimp sushi. I personally thought the salmon sushi was really delicious.

What's at the seafood corner: oysters and clams
On top of that, you can pick from all kinds of fresh seafood — salmon, octopus, seasoned shrimp, and whelk — which made this the perfect spot for our seafood-loving family.

Beyond sushi, we also got to try oyster and clam dishes.
With pasta, fried rice, and crispy fried items too, the food options were endless — our hands never got a break.
Seven made-to-order noodles at QooQoo Chuncheon Branch
You could order noodles — naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), rice noodles, udon, miso soup noodles, jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup), jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), and cold soba were all available. They make the noodles fresh right after you order.
Free desserts and marble ice cream
There was a colorful spread of cakes and fruit for dessert too.
The dessert corner had waffles, coffee, tea, soft-serve ice cream, slushies, and juice, so the kids insisted we absolutely had to have dessert before leaving.

There were several kinds of ice cream, and the marble ice cream here was free! Most other places charge an extra ₩2,000–3,000 for it, so free marble ice cream felt like a real find — worth trying every flavor while you're here.

Grill corner: pizza and grilled shrimp
QooQoo Chuncheon Branch also had various grilled dishes. The pizza and grilled shrimp were especially good.

Caught our kid holding a plate all by herself, scooping food onto it haha. Watching her carefully pick out what to eat one item at a time was so cute.

Is QooQoo Chuncheon Branch worth it for a weekend family meal?
The kids had a blast playing in the kids' café while the adults filled up on great sushi and seafood — a perfect spot for a weekend family meal! If you're in Chuncheon looking for a place for a family gathering or a hearty buffet, be sure to check out QooQoo Chuncheon Branch!
