Cheonan sushi restaurant with no break time: Ganghan Sushi 12P

I visited a sushi restaurant in Cheonan's Buldang-dong that I'd had my eye on for a while. I'd seen it packed with people at lunchtime before and kept thinking, I have to go there. Finally went, and here's the review!! I was so satisfied I have to tell you all about it~ The prices are affordable but the sushi tastes upscale.

Where Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch is, and where to park

You can park in the First Plaza underground lot where Ganghan Sushi is located. There's plenty of parking space and free parking for up to 3 hours. It's right in the middle of the Buldang-dong alleys, so access is great too.

The best part about this place is there's no break time. I went around lunchtime. The weather was great too — perfect day for sushi~

It's located in an easy-to-find alley. The storefront looks clean, and the inside has a modern, tidy vibe too.

There's a Naver receipt review event — pay 500 won and get your choice of egg sushi, fried tofu sushi, or a drink. I liked that there were so many kinds of sushi to choose from.

Still full after lunch hour: six tables at Ganghan Sushi

I went a little after the lunch rush but it was already full~! Good places really are different. I used to go to sushi places sometimes for a good-value lunch set.

The place isn't huge, but there are about six tables, both 2-seat and 4-seat. With prices ranging from the affordable 14,000 won to the low 20,000s, I'd recommend it as a sushi spot in Buldang-dong.

Ordering is done directly at the table. If you parked, register your parking before you leave!

What comes with the 17,000 won Ganghan Special Sushi 12-piece set

I ordered the Ganghan Special Sushi. Along with 12 pieces of assorted sushi, it comes with soybean paste soup, croquette and salad, and mini udon. Usually you just get soup, but that croquette was seriously delicious~~

If you open the side of the table there are plates and basic utensils, so you can set the table yourself, which is convenient. Ordering is done through the kiosk.

The 12 pieces, one by one: how the sushi tasted

Flounder, tuna, salmon, squid, gamtae shrimp, egg, fried tofu sushi, soy-marinated shrimp. With so many kinds of sushi, there was even the fun of trying different things. These are all sushi types that pretty much anyone would like.

First of all, the slices on top of the sushi were thick and really fresh. They melt in your mouth,, since there's so much variety, ordering the set seems like the way to go. The aged kimchi that came with it was also delicious, so with the last piece of flounder sushi, I piled the aged kimchi right on top and ate it.

The rice seasoning and portion size were just right too. I ate this genuinely satisfied. I'll definitely come back solo next time — highly recommend!!

Would I go back to Ganghan Sushi?

Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch is a great Cheonan Buldang-dong spot to come for lunch — every piece of sushi was delicious, so I'm planning to visit again next time! Parking is convenient too, making it easy to access. Grab a meal nearby and a tasty cup of coffee, and have a great day today.
