Today I visited Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch 24 Auto Brew Cafe, which runs 24 hours near Sinnonhyeon Station so you can stay late, for a solo lunch.
Since it's a large-scale café open 24 hours, there's no need to worry about time, and with plenty of solo seats and study seats set up well, it was a great 24-hour Sinnonhyeon Station café for working and studying.

What I liked most about Selecto Coffee was being able to choose your americano/espresso bean from five options.
Mocha Blend, Blue Mountain Blend, Hwasa, Geisha, and Decaf each have different acidity and body, so you can pick according to your taste.
The Mocha Blend, even as a single shot, was rich — almost no acidity, a cozy classic coffee taste with a heavy body. It had chocolate and cacao-toned flavor notes, which paired well when drunk hot.
The Geisha, which I had iced, had a gentle acidity that I personally liked more. It was full of flavor with a slight floral scent, and sure enough, when I checked the menu description, it turned out to be a bean with floral notes. Felt like I aced a quiz, haha, quite proud of myself.

How is the smoked salmon sandwich for a light lunch?
The smoked salmon sandwich at Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon is ₩8,500. There was almost no fishy taste characteristic of salmon, which made it delicious, and the mayo-based horseradish sauce was generously spread, pairing well with the salmon.
Cherry tomatoes were tucked in here and there, adding freshness so it wasn't too heavy. The onions were also thinly sliced with the sharp bite removed, so the texture went well with the lettuce and gave a clean, refreshing taste.
It used chewy yet soft ciabatta, making it a high-quality sandwich, yet still such great value for money. It was packed with lettuce and other vegetables too, making for a light, clean, and satisfying meal.
Selecto Coffee's salad & sandwich menu, made in collaboration with the salad brand Salladays, offers four items each.
The taste was so much to my liking that I'm satisfied, and next time I want to try the salads too!
