This is the Sangbong Station pork belly spot near Exit 3 of Line 7. It's right on the main road so it's easy to find, and close to bus stops and the subway exit for easy access by public transit. Since you'll be drinking anyway, might as well take the bus or subway~

How much is the frozen pork belly? 150g for 9,900 won
Naengsam (frozen pork belly), 150g per serving, just ₩9,900 — such a nice price!! It's a Sangbong pork belly spot certified HACCP for food safety. Plus naengsam cooks fast, so it's great for grilling and eating quickly right after work — proper Sangbong pub naengsam.

Inside Super Naengsam: tables, ceilings and seating
Lots of tables, comfortable seating, and space under the chairs to stash your bags. The naengsam is always tasty here, so I'd recommend it as a Sangbong Station team dinner spot too. The inside of this Sangbong pub naengsam place is really clean too. High ceilings and a tidy interior make it a pleasant space to grill meat in. The staff were kind as well.

There's a drinks fridge and self-service bar that go perfectly with naengsam. It's just the one menu item, frozen pork belly, but that's exactly what makes this Sangbong pub naengsam so good. The price is nice and there's a good variety of side dishes to go with it.

What is on the self-service bar: vegetables and kimchi
I love wrapping meat in lettuce, and the vegetables here — lettuce wraps, minari, green onion kimchi, napa cabbage kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, garlic, chili peppers — are all fresh. Grilling kimchi alongside the pork belly and piling it onto white rice is just so good.

Hangang ramyeon you cook yourself at Super Naengsam
Wait, what's this? This Sangbong Station pork belly place has Hangang ramyeon (river-park-style instant noodles)!! Finishing off naengsam with a spicy bowl of ramyeon is a total match made in heaven. Now you don't even need to go to the Han River for Hangang ramyeon — pairing it with naengsam is even more amazing. There's also a range of Hangang ramyeon options — ramyeon, jjapaguri, buldak bokkeum myeon, bibim noodles — so you can pick to your taste.

The full menu at Super Naengsam Sangbong Main Branch
This Sangbong Station pork belly spot, Super Naengsam, has just a single menu item — frozen pork belly!! With only one main dish, imagine how specialized they must be at it!!
- Frozen pork belly (single main menu item)
- Doenjang jjigae and kimchi jjigae, good to eat alongside
- Self-serve fried rice after the naengsam
- Hangang ramyeon — jjapaguri, buldak bokkeum myeon, bibim noodles, and more
- Plus draft beer too

Retro side dishes and the salt-and-oil dip
The basic side dishes are set out with a retro feel. It's exactly the classic lineup we all know — kinds of kimchi, vegetables, and ssamjang to go with tasty grilled meat. Plus salt sauce too!! Even just looking at the garlic, it's clearly fresh. The kimchi is delicious too, and the green onion kimchi is the best. There's a self-bar so you can comfortably help yourself to more, and I personally like that the dishes aren't plastic.

Three servings of naengsam with a bowl of white rice
The 3 servings of naengsam came out first, along with mushrooms. Good quality meat, no gamey smell, really delicious. 150g for under ten thousand won at ₩9,900!!! Such a great price. This Sangbong pork belly restaurant is easy on the wallet and generous in portion.

I ordered a bowl of rice and got nice, sticky rice.

Sizzling naengsam on the grill plate. That sound alone is so good!! I sprinkled on some pepper to taste while grilling.

Naengsam cooks up quickly, and with plenty of fresh vegetables around it's an even healthier and tastier way to eat at this Sangbong pork belly restaurant. Grilling bean sprouts, kimchi, and the like on the pan and piling them onto white rice — that's just so good to me.

Is Super Naengsam good for a team dinner or family meal near Sangbong Station?
Wrapped in lettuce, eaten plain, or dipped just in the salt sauce — all delicious. And it'd pair nicely with a cold somaek (soju-beer mix) too. This is a great Sangbong pub naengsam spot for office workers to grab a meal and a drink after work, or for a team dinner. Both the Hangang ramyeon and the frozen pork belly are reasonably priced and tasty at this Sangbong restaurant. Kids eat it well too, so I'd recommend it for family meals as well.
