After dinner near Gyodae station, I was looking for a café to get some work done and found Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae Branch, a café/dessert spot in Seocho-dong!

If the weather were cooler, the terrace(?) seating out front would've been nice to sit at, but it was hot that day so I went inside!

Mini Male Seocho Gyodae menu and prices
At Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae Branch I ordered a venti Helsinki Latte (₩6,600), cream castella (₩4,600), and a Milk Tea Flacher (₩6,500). Hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–20:00 (last order 19:30), closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Last time I went to the Gyodae Courthouse branch instead of this one and had a delicious Helsinki Latte, but I ordered the smallest size, regular, and regretted it — so this time I went for the venti! haha

Since I came in the evening, I got to see the closing sale(?) — 20% off — haha

But what I'd been curious about since last time was the cream castella at Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae, a café/dessert place in Seocho-dong. I asked the staff if any were left, and thankfully they said yes, so I bought one! haha

Does Mini Male have power outlet seats? Inside the Seocho Gyodae branch
Inside Mini Male Seocho Gyodae there are mostly 2-person tables, and there's an outlet at the corner of a shared table so laptop work is possible. There were quite a lot of customers, so it wasn't easy to take photos of the interior... ^^;
I sat at the corner of the shared table to use the outlet, haha

And then my cream castella and Helsinki Latte arrived! I was surprised at how huge the venti size was @.,@ haha

Cream castella, 4,600 won: forearm-long and easy to share
The handmade cream castella at Mini Male Seocho Gyodae costs ₩4,600 and is about the size of an adult woman's forearm. I'd already had dinner (tonkatsu) and was full, but I was still so curious I couldn't not order it =_+ haha

Cutting it with a knife revealed a center packed full of cream! I usually prefer dairy cream over plant-based, and this cream tasted pretty much as good as the real thing!

The handmade cream castella at Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae, a café/dessert spot in Seocho-dong, was soft and fluffy — the portion was bigger than expected, good for two or more people to share.

Venti Helsinki Latte, 6,600 won: enough for two hours of laptop work
The venti Helsinki Latte size @.,@ about the size of an adult woman's palm, hahaha. I'm the type who orders one coffee and nurses it the whole time I'm sitting (I've never been able to drink much water anyway ^^; haha), and the venti was such a large amount that I thought I wouldn't finish it during my 2-hour work session, but the latte tasted so good I drank almost all of it haha. If you love coffee, sizing up for a bit extra might be worth it!

Milk tea flacher to go, and babka on the next visit
I got the Milk Tea Flacher (₩6,500) to go again this time. Last time too I packed the milk tea flacher separately and drank it at home, and I couldn't skip it this time either!^.^ I had a trip planned for two days later and had to leave at dawn, and since no cafés were open at that hour, this milk tea from Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae, a café/dessert spot in Seocho-dong, gave me my caffeine fix >.<*
I decided that next time I visit Mini Male Roastery & Coffee Bar Seocho Gyodae, a café/dessert spot in Seocho-dong, I absolutely have to try the babka bread!
