How to walk from Sadang Station to Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch, and what the room looks like
Right in front of Sadang Station

📍3rd floor, 2 Bangbaecheon-ro 2-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch is a Western restaurant located near Sadang Station~ I'd been here before and really loved it, so this time I came back to eat solo haha.

The interior felt very wide and bright, so it was comfortable to eat in. Even after the lunch rush there were still quite a few customers, and there were plenty of two-person tables, so it worked well both for solo dining and for meeting up with friends. I actually saw a lot of groups in for lunch too.
What one person ordered at Two Find Peter, and the bread served first
Whole squid ink risotto ₩17,000 Smoked salmon salad ₩13,000 That's what I ordered!

The bread that comes first is really soft and fluffy inside haha. It comes with oil and balsamic sauce, plus pickles and radish, which weren't too sour — a clean, light taste that whets the appetite just enough.
Whole squid ink risotto, 17,000 won: how tender is the squid?
So tender

I'd had the whole squid ink risotto before and remembered it being savory and delicious, so I ordered it again this time haha.

Because whole pieces of squid are used, you get the savory taste of the squid more clearly, and most of all, the squid is really, really tender.
The whole squid pieces are big, but they're not chewy at all — they bite through so smoothly, and it was really delicious.

Mixing in the yogurt-like sauce served alongside the risotto
The squid ink risotto itself is already savory and delicious, but they also give you a yogurt-like sauce on the side.
They told me to mix it in, so I stirred it into the risotto — and it was so good... 👍

Eaten plain, there's the distinctive strong flavor of squid ink, kind of like a jjajang (black bean sauce) taste, but once you mix in the sauce, that intense flavor mellows out and a smooth, mild taste comes through strongly.

Thanks to that, the savory flavor of the squid ink stays while it becomes much smoother and easier to eat, so mixing in the sauce was genuinely delicious to me. I reordered this dish because of how much I enjoyed it last time, and it was just as good, so I was glad I did. But watch out — you end up with what looks like jjajang lipstick around your mouth haha, so be careful.

Was the 13,000-won smoked salmon salad worth it?
The smoked salmon salad had really tender salmon.

The smoked salmon's characteristic aroma wasn't too strong, and the texture was soft and easy to eat — especially great for salmon lovers 👍

The vegetables that came with it had almost no bitterness, so they were good to eat alongside the salmon.

The fresh, tangy salad dressing paired well with the vegetables and salmon — every bite brought a fresh, clean flavor, and eating it alongside the squid ink risotto felt like it cleaned up my palate.

And the bread was soft and fluffy inside too, which was delicious — personally, I'd recommend eating it together with the smoked salmon salad once that arrives haha. Overall, alternating between the savory, smooth squid ink risotto and the fresh, clean smoked salmon salad made for a great combination.
