I tried Jam Jam's brunch menu — the salmon sandwich and an iced Americano.

The salmon sandwich is an open sandwich, and the visuals alone were amazing. There was so much salmon piled on top — totally satisfying!

Thick, fresh salmon, slightly bitter rugola, a moist soft-boiled egg, and refreshing tomato came together like a work of art.

Of the two mayo sauces served alongside, the spicy one especially cut through the richness of the salmon perfectly — so good. It had an addictive flavor.

Drizzling on the syrup served separately gave it a sweet-and-salty savoriness that kept me reaching for more — a real treat. Highly recommend the salmon sandwich!!
