Haeundae restaurant in Busan for rosé pasta: Bueokgan

In short

Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is a European restaurant on Dalmaji Hill near Cheongsapo in Haeundae, Busan. I shared shrimp rosé pasta, abalone cream risotto, and house-made fruit preserve ade with a dear friend while taking in the natural view. Verdict: a lovely choice for a relaxed dinner in Busan.

Ade loaded with house-made fruit preserve

Ta-da! Our drinks arrived. The portions were generous, and I was surprised by how much house-made fruit preserve they contained! They looked glossy and sweet enough that not photographing them would have been a shame. After stirring them, we drank them up—the fizzy sparkle and sweetness were a perfect match for the European-style dishes.

Main dishes served with pickles and sauce

Our main dishes arrived. They also gave us plenty of pickles and sauce to enjoy alongside them, and they would bring more if we ran out. The staff were so kind that I felt completely at ease. It made for a generous meal for two.

Shrimp rosé pasta taste

First up was the shrimp rosé pasta. It looks generous even at a glance, right? The rich, savory sauce was not at all heavy, and it was loaded with big shrimp with a great bite. It was so good that we cleared every last bit of sauce.

Abalone cream risotto taste

This was the abalone cream risotto. The plating was perfect! Each spoonful melted softly in the mouth, with a clean, nutty flavor that was truly excellent. If you want a rice dish at a European-style restaurant, do not hesitate—definitely try the risotto!

Dessert from the review event

Pastry dessert served with sauce

This was the dessert we received for taking part in the review event. They gave us such a generous serving! It was good on its own with its pastry-like texture, but dipping it into the savory sauce made it moist and so delicious. The atmosphere and food were both excellent, so we chatted, cleared every plate, and headed back to our accommodation. If you are looking for a great dinner spot during a Busan trip, how about visiting this place with its fantastic atmosphere? I recommend Bueokgan Haeundae Branch near Cheongsapo, a great Haeundae, Busan pasta restaurant for a date.
