Haeundae Chinese restaurant, rich jjamppong: Songjeong Dol Jjamppong
In short
Songjeong Dol Jjamppong is a Chinese restaurant near Songjeong Beach in Haeundae, Busan. After bread and coffee at a café, we shared its two-person dol jjamppong, finishing the broth-soaked noodles, seafood, scorched rice and rice bowl. Stone-plate jjamppong near Songjeong Beach
While looking into good restaurants in Busan's Songjeong area, places near Songjeong Beach, and Haeundae date spots, I visited Songjeong Dol Jjamppong!!! We went to a café near Songjeong Beach, looked around the beach, and then Songjeong Dol Jjamppong sounded perfect for dinner~~~ I also loved how close it was to the beach. There is a break time, so please check the time before you visit~ Even though I arrived right after the break time ended, there were already a few customers haha.

How to eat dol jjamppong and dol jjajang
Songjeong Dol Jjamppong has its own dedicated parking lot right in front of the restaurant ^^ There were also instructions on how to eat the dol jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup served on a hot stone plate) and dol jjajang (black bean noodles served on a hot stone plate)! There is scorched rice at the bottom, so don't scrape it yet~~~~~ You have to scrape it up with the paddle at the end haha. While the stone plate is hot, mix the noodles and bean sprouts with the tongs. Once the broth soaks into the noodles, they become richer, almost like stir-fried jjamppong. Along with Songjeong Dol Jjamppong and dol jjajang, there were lots of menu choices, including mala gyōza dumplings, handmade gyōza dumplings, chili-pesto dol-dol jjajang, and macaron menbosha (fried shrimp toast). It was nice that there were set menus, too, including dol jjamppong and tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour pork)~!

We had just had bread and coffee at a café, so we ordered one dol jjamppong for two! Songjeong Dol Jjamppong is a well-known spot that was featured by the media on the TV program Live Bravo haha.

Two-person dol jjamppong loaded with bean sprouts and seafood
Please also note the self-service corner and aprons ^^ The dining area was spacious and pleasant! High chairs are available too haha. After swimming, for a family meal, or for a Songjeong family dinner, jajangmyeon and jjamppong are a must~~~~ This is how the dol jjamppong arrived. It came with a bowl of rice too~~~ There were so many bean sprouts and so much seafood!!!

From broth-soaked noodles to scorched rice and rice
First of all, it was not just ordinary jjamppong—the broth soaked into the noodles like stir-fried jjamppong, making it even tastier!!! I do not usually love seafood that much, but it was delicious even for me, and my boyfriend ate all the seafood and really loved it too!!! It is even better with the bean sprouts and assorted seafood~~~~ The broth was also so good~~~ Such an addictive flavor. You can adjust the spice level, and we ordered level 1 haha. After we finished, we scraped up all the scorched rice and mixed the rice into the broth, then finished that too!!! Once we had completely cleaned up the dol jjamppong, I started thinking about the dol jjajang too haha. I also saw other people adding more after finishing their dol jjamppong!
It was such a memorable flavor that I wanted to have it again next time! I am curious about the dol jjajang too~~~~ After your meal, you can freely take one yogurt per person!

It was a little disappointing that the restroom is on the third floor, but it is quick if you take the elevator~! We ate so, so well~~~~
