Solo dining at a Seocho burger restaurant: chicken strips at Daily Fix
In short
Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch is a burger restaurant in Seocho, Seoul, a 5–8 minute walk from Exit 9 of Gyodae Station. Dining alone, the writer built a one-person set out of a bacon cheeseburger, chicken strips and a milkshake: the chicken strips had a KFC-like drumstick-meat texture under spicy seasoning, and the burger tasted balanced despite its many ingredients. With solo tables and a self-serve bar for pickles and water, Daily Fix is an easy stop for a meal or a beer on your own.

Today I'm introducing Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch! This place is a burger restaurant!
Hours Daily 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Where is Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch, and how far from Gyodae Station?
The restaurant is close to Exits 9, 8, and 14 of Gyodae Station! I came out through Exit 9, and it took about 5-8 minutes on foot!

Inside Daily Fix: the room and the solo dining table
As soon as I walked in, on the left I saw liquor and what looked like merch! It had a bit of a pub vibe!

Right in front, you could see the open kitchen like this! The staff were working hard!

The inside of the restaurant looks like this!

There was a solo dining table too! Aside from the table being a bit sticky, it was fine! The cutlery was already set up like this!

There were also two 4-person tables further inside!

This is the basic table setup! They give you a fork and knife together like this!

Here's the wifi and restroom password! Perfect for solo dining! Also great for solo drinking!

Self-serve bar with pickles and water, plus fabric deodorizer
Here's the self-serve bar! There were pickles and water!
The pickles were prepared like this!

Since they grill patties full of meaty aroma here, the meat smell can cling to your clothes! So they had fabric deodorizer ready too!

What one person ordered at Daily Fix: bacon cheeseburger, chicken strips, milkshake
I didn't manage to get a photo of the menu, but I ordered a milkshake, bacon cheeseburger, and chicken strips!

Is the Daily Fix milkshake thick? Sweet-and-salty with the burger
This milkshake has whipped cream on top and the milkshake part underneath, and once you mix it together it feels really heavy and thick! It went really well with the salty taste of the burger, a nice sweet-and-salty combo!

Here's the bacon cheeseburger! It came out looking like this! Apparently this is the burger Kang Min-kyung recommended or praised! So I ordered it!
Visually it looks like this! A delicious burger loaded with cheese, bacon, and a beef patty!

Daily Fix chicken strips: drumstick meat with a KFC-like texture
Here are the chicken strips! They felt a bit like KFC's boneless chicken! The batter was crispier, and even though it's boneless, it had that drumstick-meat texture, which made it really tasty! On top of that, there was spicy seasoning, so I thought it would go perfectly with beer!

So this is roughly how I put together a solo set

This is the pickle that comes with the chicken strips! It was sweet and tangy—or sour?—and went well with the chicken, which can be a bit greasy!
The size of the chicken was almost violent! The look and taste really kept reminding me of KFC!

The chicken meat was so tender and soft, really delicious!

The two dipping sauces served with the chicken strips
Two kinds of sauce come with it, and I liked the orange one! It seemed to have jalapeño in it, spicy and nice!

This one was perfect for kind of neutralizing your palate!

The pickles had good texture and were really nice!
Inside the Daily Fix bacon cheeseburger: many ingredients, one balanced bite
Finally, the bacon cheeseburger! Eating it with my hands felt a bit awkward, so I casually used a knife and fork! I could see whole grain mustard, bacon, beef patty, cheese, onion, and ketchup inside!

Here's the cross-section! It had so many ingredients packed in, but the flavors were really well balanced and delicious!
