Craft beer sampler at a Seocho burger restaurant: Daily Fix

Lately I've been completely obsessed with the combo of a savory handmade burger and a cold beer, haha, I can't stop ㅠㅠ

Once I got hooked, burgers and beer just wouldn't leave my head.

So I couldn't hold out any longer and happily went back to Daily Fix Seocho, one of my favorite handmade burger spots, haha.

The moment I opened the door and stepped inside, my eyes were immediately drawn to a shelf lined with all kinds of fancy-looking liquor bottles.

At first I thought the owner had just put a lot of effort into the interior, but the longer I looked around, the more it hit me — this person is genuinely serious about alcohol, haha.

I discovered that the four-glass beer sampler menu — something I'd never seen at any other Daily Fix location — exists only here at the Seocho branch!

It came with four cute little glasses perfect for tasting, each set with a different craft beer.

Checking the lineup, it covered everything from Hoegaarden to a nutty mocha stout, a bitter and fragrant IPA, and a refreshing pale ale — a solid four-flavor tasting set. As someone who genuinely enjoys good drinks, there was no way I could pass this up ㅠㅠ

Even before sitting down, I already knew I was ordering that beer sampler no matter what burger I picked, haha. Seeing all those bottles they don't even sell displayed so nicely on the shelf, you really feel the owner's genuine, next-level love for beer at this Gyodae Station spot.

Order: bacon cheeseburger + onion rings

For the menu, I went with the bacon cheeseburger I'd wanted to try for ages — the one that got super hyped after Kang Min-kyung raved about it! And since it felt like a waste not to add a side, I ordered onion rings too.

I would've seriously regretted it if I hadn't ordered the onion rings, haha. Between the burger, the side, and the whole beer sampler, I ended up completely full. Guess I might be a big eater after all, haha.

The long-awaited, gorgeous beer sampler, golden-fried onion rings, and a bacon cheeseburger with incredible visuals all arrived on the table at once.

I dug into the onion rings first while they were hot. The accompanying sauce was a bit spicy, so if you're not great with heat, they're plenty tasty even without it!

Crispy on the outside with the onion's natural sweetness coming through inside — the savory flavor filled my mouth even without the sauce.

How the four craft beers tasted

Then I slowly savored the four craft beers I'd been looking forward to one by one, and each had so much character — genuinely delicious, I was amazed ㅠㅠ

The dark mocha stout had a deep, nutty richness that lingered heavily — really impressive.

The pale ale and IPA both hit with a subtle, sweet fruity aroma that spread through my mouth the moment I sipped, finishing clean — it was like art!

And the Hoegaarden, with its smooth finish, was of course perfect, no question, haha.

The main event, the bacon cheeseburger — honestly, with Daily Fix, whatever burger you order, you basically can't go wrong!

The juicy patty, salty bacon, and gooey melted cheese came together perfectly — it was absolutely insane ㅠㅠ

With the onion rings on the side being just as good, that says it all, haha. This Gyodae Station spot, Daily Fix Seocho, really delivers top satisfaction thanks to the beer sampler that lets you enjoy so many delicious craft beers at once!!

Thanks to the owner's genuine passion for beer, I got to properly enjoy the perfect pairing of handmade burgers and craft beer.

I'm already planning to come back soon just to experience this amazing beer sampler and burger combo again!
