Here's the menu•• When you order a main for 2 or more people, you get wood-fired pizza + salad + muk-saval (acorn jelly soup) + coffee/dessert drink as a set! Amazing, right •• I ordered the fire-grilled webfoot octopus stir-fry for 2 with added cheese, and a rice ball!

My favorite side dishes were the japchae (stir-fried glass noodles) and the muk-saval — so good!!

The main dish is finally here •• fire-grilled webfoot octopus loaded with smoky char + added cheese 🧀🐙 Cheese melted savory and rich over octopus stir-fried at high heat with that smoky flavor still alive•• Visually amazing 🤍 They say they use 100% natural cheese••

The sweet-and-spicy octopus sauce blends with the soft cheese, so even people who can't handle spicy food can enjoy this happily••

First I just tried it plain•• The spice at Boksakkot Pineun Jip comes from 100% natural chili powder, so it's not artificially sharp or harsh — I liked that..! The chewy texture of the octopus was also excellent!

It's even better eaten together with the cheese and the rice ball 🤤

The set's wood-fired pizza and bibimbap

The wood-fired pizza that came with the set is delicious dipped in honey••• A bite of sweet pizza in between bites of spicy octopus~.~

On a bowl of rice, add lettuce, bean sprouts, seaweed flakes, and the spicy fire-grilled octopus, mix it all together, and you've got a bowl gone in no time••

Free after-meal drinks and the coffee space next door

After finishing the meal, you can get a coffee•• The free dessert drink is takeout only, and you can choose from americano, café latte, tea (chamomile, burdock), peach iced tea, and hot/iced chocolate!

There's also a separate space right next to Boksakkot Pineun Jip where you can sit and drink coffee! Think of it as a café-like space•• They've also got snacks, so you can fill a paper cup with nostalgic retro snacks to your heart's content..!
