Jonggak Italian sunset dinner with shrimp bisque risotto: Schedule
In short
Schedule Osteria is an Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor of the iM Financial Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, between Euljiro 1(il)-ga and Jonggak stations. Booking a window seat for dinner, the writer watched the sunset and night view over shrimp bisque risotto and uni sweet shrimp capellini: the bisque sauce was deep and rich with no fishy off-note, while the capellini was a light cold pasta. Prices at Schedule Osteria run high overall, so it suits a special occasion.

I visited Schedule Osteria, located between Euljiro 1(il)-ga and Jonggak stations! It's a spot where you can really soak up a moody atmosphere, and to cut to the conclusion — I was truly satisfied 💘 Stepping off the elevator on the 2nd floor, you're greeted by a striking red-toned wall. The whole place has a luxurious, trendy mood, so it was easy to spot right from the entrance!

Before going in, you can check the prices and dishes on the menu board by the entrance, which I appreciated as a nice touch 👀

What is the atmosphere like inside Schedule Osteria?

The lighting at Schedule Osteria is kept calm and dim overall — not too bright, giving it a subtle, upscale, sophisticated feel. It's the kind of cozy mood that's perfect for comfortable conversation! Thanks to the lighting and interior, there's also a romantic vibe radiating everywhere, and the atmosphere was genuinely great (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) I thought it would be a great place for gatherings, blind dates, dates, or special days like birthdays and anniversaries. It also has a casual formality that isn't too heavy, so it seems like a mood that just about anyone would like ✨

Sunset and night views from the window seat
Since I visited with a reservation, the table setting was neat, and I was lucky enough to be seated at a window seat! The marble tables blended perfectly with the overall interior. No photo of this, sadly ㅠㅠ but the reason I loved the window seat was that it happened to be right around sunset, and eating while looking out at the beautiful sunset light and night view made the whole meal so much more romantic!! It ended up being a dinner where I got even more swept up in the mood, and my happiness went up along with it haha
Bread before the meal and what we ordered

Once we sat down, the pre-meal bread and butter came out first. Spreading butter on the warmed bread was the perfect way to get the appetite going before the main dishes.

- Uni sweet shrimp capellini
- Shrimp bisque risotto
- Cola
The dishes we chose that day were the uni sweet shrimp capellini and the shrimp bisque risotto! Looking at the menu, both food and drink prices run fairly high overall. Wine and beverages in particular felt pricey, so if value for money matters a lot to you, it might feel a bit much.

How does the shrimp bisque risotto taste?
First up, the shrimp bisque risotto piled high with plump shrimp had a nicely heavy, thick style that personally hit exactly my taste!!

The sauce itself was distinctly rich, with deep shrimp flavor and umami. Bisque sauce can easily turn out fishy if made wrong, but here it came out clean with no off-note, so even people who aren't big on seafood dishes could probably enjoy it 🙌

Uni sweet shrimp capellini, served as a cold pasta
Next was the uni sweet shrimp capellini, which was overwhelming just from the visuals! Because uni and sweet shrimp are both premium ingredients, the plating came out gorgeous and made for great photos. Just having it appear on the table instantly leveled up the mood hahaha
Capellini is basically served as a cold pasta by default, so if you were hoping for a warm, heavy pasta, it might feel a bit unfamiliar! The noodles themselves are thin, like somyeon (thin wheat noodles), giving it a light texture. But being thin, they hold onto the sauce well, so it's easy to slurp down lightly without feeling too full.

The chewy, sweet flavor of the fresh sweet shrimp mixed with the rich, briny taste of the uni — if you normally like seafood or cold pastas, this is a distinctive and appealing flavor experience!

Is Schedule Osteria worth the price? Honest verdict
The food was delicious and the staff were kind, so overall satisfaction was very high, but the prices run fairly high across the board, so I'd have to protect my wallet if I wanted to come here often lol. That said, it's the kind of place I'd want to revisit when I've decided to treat myself, or on a special day! The mood, taste, and service were all great overall, so I'd definitely recommend visiting when you want to spend a happy time with someone special o(*°▽°*)o
