Today I visited a café on the east side of Jeju where you can enjoy music and coffee together — 'Just Wonder Note' ✨ These days a café being pretty matters, but I also love places where I can spend time at ease. So this time I came to a coffee spot with great vibes where you can properly enjoy music too.

What does the Just Wonder Note space feel like?

Just Wonder Note is an LP café in Gujwa, Jeju, and I loved the atmosphere the moment I walked in!

Overall it's a wood interior with warm lighting, and speakers and LPs placed here and there, so if you love music, just browsing around would be fun.

Best of all, the café isn't loud or crowded — it has a calm, relaxed feeling, which I loved even more.

There's a variety of seating too, from floor sofas to regular tables to bar seats, so it seemed good for spending quiet time alone, and the atmosphere also makes it a nice date café.

Turntable seats where you listen to LPs on headsets

In particular, there's a spot with LP turntables where you can put on headsets and listen to the music directly!

It's a totally different feeling from just drinking coffee at a café playing music in the background, so it seemed especially suited to people wanting some solo time.

The instructions for use are written in detail too, so even first-timers can use it without any trouble.

The window-side bar seats with the turntables had palm trees and a pool visible outside — quite different from a typical café window view, but it somehow fit surprisingly well haha.

The guestbook-style notes left by visitors

Personally, another thing that stood out was the notebook at the café — you can flip through it and see stories left by past visitors like a guestbook. Reading through it, there were so many good lines, and more than I expected genuinely touched me, so just reading it for a bit felt oddly comforting 🥹 You can leave your own note to mark your visit too, so if you have the time, I'd recommend leaving a line!

☕️ A very slight acidity with an overall nutty flavor — easy to drink and pretty solid.

Vanilla latte, 6,500 won

🍦 Not just syrup added — I loved that it had the strong aroma of properly ground vanilla bean. Just sweet enough, with that distinctive vanilla bean scent coming through clearly, I really enjoyed drinking it.

Basque cheesecake, 8,000 won

🧀 And the Basque cheesecake I ordered to go with the coffee had a moist yet dense texture, a hint of saltiness, and a smooth cheese flavor that paired really well with the coffee.

The dessert was better than expected too, so if you're someone who feels like just a cup of coffee isn't enough, I'd recommend ordering it together.
