Today I'm sharing a story from a tonkatsu place near Toegye-dong that I'd been curious about for a while. If you love tonkatsu, this one's hard to just walk past. I went there myself craving a really good katsu meal, and it exceeded my expectations — the place was clean and the food quality was excellent, so I really wanted to introduce it! What impressed me most was that even down to the last piece, the cheese hadn't hardened and still stretched beautifully! You could tell they hadn't skimped on ingredients, packing it generously, which made it all the more delicious.
