The side dishes — bean sprouts, stir-fried fish cake, fresh cabbage kimchi, and pickled onions — all came out neat and clean. The fish cake was so good I scraped the plate clean. All the sides were tasty!

The sauces and wrap vegetables also came out fresh and tidy. The salted shrimp was in great condition too haha. I'm exactly the type of person who checks the salted shrimp quality at a bossam place... lol

Neat but still moist-looking, such a great-looking spread🙀 And the composition is solid — bossam kimchi, chili peppers, ssamjang, and napa cabbage, all included!

The gaburisal had just the right fat-to-lean ratio, so tender and delicious. One of the best things about Cheongun Bossam is that they reheat the pork if it cools down. Honestly, warm bossam is such a key point of the dish, right? It was such a thoughtful, flavor-preserving touch!

The bossam kimchi was also amazing, and the fresh napa cabbage served alongside was great too. Eating the bossam kimchi and then this cabbage is a real treat.

Tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork with delicious bossam kimchi — such a great combo. The cabbage added extra texture that made it even better.

The makguksu noodles included with the set

The makguksu (buckwheat noodles) that came with the set! Fresh vegetables, a savory sauce, and the noodles themselves — it was so good I finished every last bite. Crunchy, chewy, spicy, tangy, sweet, all at once!
