Hi everyone, today I came here! I saw this view on Instagram and fell for it... a menu I just had to eat!! So I drove straight over.
A little joke first haha, have a laugh~^^ The real name is Waltz and Dr. Mahn. Haha.
The scenery was so pretty I really wanted to visit, but it wasn't just a pretty-view café — whoa. It had real elegance. This café was legit.
Parking and hours at Waltz and Dr. Mahn in Namyangju
The parking lot at Waltz and Dr. Mahn is elegant. Classy. Spacious. Great vibe. Good. I visited on a Friday afternoon, so the lot was even more spacious!! It probably gets busier on weekends, but the lot is roomy enough that you don't need to worry.
Opening hours
Open daily 11:00–21:00, last order at 20:00. Even the hours feel classic... good.
It set the tone right from the parking lot — pointy, pointy, pointy roofs. So cute.
The path leading in is so pretty... love it. And off to the side, people were doing water sports...!! So cool and I was jealous. Next year I really want to try it myself.

I really liked the outdoor seating in the photo on the left too!! (Good view and kind of a private space.) But the friend I went with really feels the heat, so we went inside haha.
What is the indoor atmosphere like at Waltz and Dr. Mahn?
We walked in and — oh, what is this feeling~~ I highly recommend it for an anniversary or a special date... Even with a group it's spacious and comfortable, great for healing... The weather's just right these days too, so go visit soon...
So pretty, whoa. Overwhelming, in a good way. This isn't a vibe that just happens overnight — it's a mood built up layer by layer, and that's what makes it so good...

Can you get an indoor window seat on a Friday at 2pm?
We got lucky and a seat opened up right at the indoor window at Waltz and Dr. Mahn! Even visiting around 2pm on a Friday, getting a seat felt like luck... so I recommend making a reservation. Haha.
Wow, there's a coffee museum right next door — maybe that's because of the coffee master here. So cool.
Ah, this is so good... there's really no other word for it. You have to come see it yourself~~~
How the hot latte and Honor and Chevalier parfait tasted
I ordered the warm latte at Waltz and Dr. Mahn, and rather than the toasty-nutty latte flavor you get at trendy roastery cafés these days, it was more of an old-school, coffee-master style latte feel... is it just me?
I ordered the parfait, hehe. The official name is Honor and Chevalier. There's mocha-latte-flavored whipped cream at the bottom, plus fresh fruit and even macarons on top.
It was truly delicious............. Parfaits themselves are so hard to find these days, so this feels perfect for a really special anniversary date. Total mood reset. Great.
Sipping drinks, chatting, gazing at the view... listening to classical music drifting through the comfortable seats... it was proper healing.
Apparently they even hold Friday concerts and run a membership program... such a classy lady of a café.
The next table's course meal and the opera cake we took home
Such a great rest!! Feeling great. But the table next to us was having a course meal, and it looked gorgeous, smelled amazing, and the people eating it kept saying 'this is so good~ so good~' — honestly I was so jealous.... Next time I'll try the meal course too haha.

From outside it looks like this... such a good vibe, no other word for it..... Ate so well, had so much fun, rested well, and headed home!! The staff were also super professional and kind, so we had a great time haha. I really, really recommend this place~~~
