True to a brunch spot that opens early in Gwangalli, the building's exterior gave off a hip, stylish vibe right away 🌿 As a brunch café, it opens as early as 8am, which seemed like a great choice for travelers who like to start their mornings early.

The outdoor tables right in front of the store are also cutely decorated! On a nice day, enjoying brunch outside in the sun would feel like being on an overseas trip 🍃

Famous Benny has two floors total, and you can get to the 2nd floor via either the interior stairs or an exterior staircase 🏢

Walking inside, the cozy, clean wood interior stands out! The 1st floor has the ordering counter along with tables, and it was really nice for quietly chatting over brunch 🤍

On one side of the 1st floor there's a staircase up to the 2nd floor and the restroom, so keep that in mind 💡

Going up to the 2nd floor, there were way more tables than I expected, plus an open outdoor terrace! Even in the early morning it was already bustling with people 👥

The 2nd floor is so popular it was fully booked, so I took a seat on the 1st floor instead! Once I sat down, the 1st floor actually felt quieter and more private, which let me enjoy a calmer, more relaxed time 🤍

The order: bacon scramble toast, French toast and yogurt granola gelato

With Australian-style brunch as the main draw, plus salads, toasts, desserts and classic drinks, the menu was so packed and varied that it was genuinely fun just to choose 😋

After ordering and sitting down, a staff member brought the food straight to our table! 💫

The coffee was more nutty and deep in flavor than I expected — it really surprised me! It was good enough to enjoy alongside brunch, or honestly good enough to come just for the coffee alone 💯

The orange juice paired perfectly with a cute orange-striped straw and its color — so refreshing just to look at 🍹

Not long after, all the main dishes we ordered were set down at once, and the generous, vivid presentation drew an instant gasp 👏

🥓 Bacon scramble toast

The signature dish I was most looking forward to — bacon scramble toast! The combination of soft fluffy scrambled eggs, savory bacon, and golden-toasted bread was classic yet perfectly balanced........👍

🥐 Croissant French toast

French toast that far outdid the usual look of French toast — so much more substantial and colorful! The base was made from croissant dough, so it was crispy outside and soft, moist inside! With various fruits and a nutty flavor on top, I was happy the whole time I was eating it 😋

🍨 Yogurt granola gelato

It felt like too much to leave after just brunch and coffee, so I ordered the yogurt granola gelato on top! With tangy yogurt gelato piled high with granola and nuts, it was the perfect palate-cleansing dessert after the meal 🍦
