One-on-one scalp and hair check before the treatment

The moment I walked in, I liked the overall clean, stylish vibe. The space didn't feel cramped, and there was decent room between seats, so it felt comfortable.

What I liked most was that they didn't jump straight into the treatment on my first visit — they checked my current scalp and hair condition one-on-one first. It wasn't just applying one product and calling it done — they went through multiple stages tailored to my hair's condition, applying each product thoroughly. Since my hair was quite dry, I really liked how carefully they worked the product in between every section.

15 minutes of steam per stage for moisture

After applying the product at each stage, instead of rinsing right away, they let it sit under steam for about 15 minutes each time.

Lying there under the warm steam was so relaxing I nearly dozed off. Long clinic sessions at the salon can sometimes feel tedious, but this was nice because I could just rest through it comfortably.

What the shampoo room is like

The whole clinic took place lying down in the shampoo room. The shampoo area was kept clean and the calm atmosphere made it comfortable.

They checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable and explained the process along the way, so even though it was my first time getting this kind of treatment, it didn't feel overwhelming. Going through scalp deep cleansing, then moisture, protein, and cuticle care in sequence, it felt like my whole head was properly taken care of.
