Is Anmin Yangsan good with kids?
Every day they carefully select seasonal ingredients and cook the neat side dishes fresh in-house. As it happened, we came for a family meal with our child, and they set us up with a kids' chair plus utensils, side dishes, and drinks — the kind and thoughtful service really touched us, more than once.
Half-pig set (450g), 39,500 won
✔️ Half-pig set (450g), ₩39,500
At this new Yangsan hotspot, Anmin Yangsan, you can tell at a glance from the vivid pink-red color of the meat, and combined with the subtle aroma of charcoal, my mouth was already watering.
Fresh pork belly, pork neck, and herb-marinated pork skin, plus fresh green onion, eggplant, mushrooms, cheongyang peppers, and tomato. The generous composition and the ample portion — plenty for two people — along with the good value, made for a very satisfying set.
But what I liked most was the meticulous grilling service, handled entirely by a meat expert from start to finish, so we could just focus on the food and conversation and enjoy a relaxed meal.

The fresh meat grilled over charcoal had no gamey smell at all, with chewy texture and juicy flavor — you could really taste the meat's natural flavor.

The pork belly had a great balance of savory fat and lean, clean-tasting meat; the pork neck was tender and full-flavored, and the herb-marinated pork skin was chewy and grilled to a nice golden brown — never greasy, and you don't get tired of it.

The dipping sauces that come with the meat
For the first bite, we dipped the meat in pine flower salt, and then moved on to shiitake wasabi, cheese fondue sauce, prepared hairtail intestine jeotgal (salted seafood), fish sauce, and curry-bean powder, among others.

On top of the various special sauces, the wrap vegetables and side dishes blended in naturally, giving a mild but addictively savory flavor that kept us reaching for more.

Masitte Golbimmen spicy mixed noodles, 6,000 won
✔️ Masitte golbaengi noodles, ₩6,000. Crisp vegetables, springy fresh noodles, and a spicy secret sauce loaded with sea snails — a combination that really refreshes the palate. Great meat plus a filling dish to finish — perfect.
Final verdict on Anmin Yangsan
