Mulgeum pork grill restaurant in Yangsan with cold ramen: Anmin
In short
Anmin Yangsan is a fresh-pork charcoal grill restaurant on Hwahap-gil in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan, Gyeongnam. A couple stopped in for an early dinner and ordered the half-pig set for two, Mashitte cold ramen and a Fanta, with staff grilling everything from pork belly and pork neck to herb-marinated pork skin. The chilled ramen cut through the rich, fatty pork, and the grill pulled in the smoke so no smell clung to their clothes.

Hi everyone! It's Jjaekkeni! I heard a new hot spot opened up in Yangsan, so I went for an early dinner. This is a BBQ restaurant I'd heard so much about, and it finally opened a branch in Beomeo, Yangsan. The place is called
Anmin Yangsan
And that's it! Great quality meat and great service at this Beomeo pork belly spot, Anmin Yangsan — here's my hands-on review right now ^^
Where is Anmin Yangsan, and how late does it stay open?
Anmin Yangsan is a fire-grilled fresh pork BBQ restaurant located on the 1st floor of 26 Hwahap-gil, Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam. It's open weekdays 16:30–23:00 and weekends 12:00–23:00, and you can park in the nearby residential lot.

Here's the exterior of Anmin Yangsan, a fire-grilled fresh pork specialty restaurant. The owner's own face was right there on the banner, haha. Doesn't that just show how confident they are?! This is a trustworthy Yangsan meat spot, Anmin, haha haha. Do check the store hours too — I was so hungry I just went straight in.
The moment I stepped in, my first impression was: this place is so clean. I'd definitely recommend Anmin Yangsan for a date, a company dinner, or just eating out — it's a Yangsan pork BBQ spot I'm actively recommending. Especially with Chuseok coming up and everyone looking for a spot for family gatherings or work dinners, this is the place — Anmin, a pork belly restaurant in Yangsan I personally recommend.
The half-pig set for two: what you get and how much it feeds
At Anmin Yangsan we ordered the half-pig set along with Mashitte cold ramen and a Fanta. The half-pig set serves two, making it a great choice for a date.

A friendly staff member showed us to our seats, and we picked our menu right away. They have both a paper menu and tablet ordering, so you can order through the tablet if you'd like. After some deliberation we went with the half-pig set, Mashitte cold ramen, and a Fanta. Since I was there with my wife today, I ordered the half-pig set, and I threw in the cold ramen because I wanted to try it! Let's properly enjoy this Beomeo pork belly spot, Anmin.
What I really noticed was how clean the restaurant was. And even though we were just customers, we really felt treated well, which was such a nice touch. I'd highly recommend Anmin Yangsan for a work dinner, a gathering, or even booking out the space in Yangsan!
Side dishes, grill setup, and whether the smoke gets on your clothes
At Anmin Yangsan, once you order your main dish, the basic side dishes and grill are set up right away. The restaurant is clean and the ventilation pulls in all the smoke, so I didn't have to worry much about the smell clinging to my clothes.

Once you order the main dish, the basic side dishes and the grill get set up right away. When you go to a BBQ place you usually worry about the smell soaking into your clothes, but this place was so clean I didn't have to worry much about that!! With all sorts of sauces to dip the meat in and fresh vegetables, you could just tell the meat was going to be delicious, haha haha.

Staff grill it all: pork belly, pork neck and herb-marinated pork skin
With Anmin Yangsan's half-pig set, the staff grill everything from start to finish — pork belly, pork neck, all the way through the herb-marinated pork skin. It's a full course starting with the meat and ending with the skin, so we didn't have to lift a finger.

Finally our half-pig set arrived and the staff grilled everything for us!!! A BBQ place where they grill it all for you is just so great ^^ This is exactly why I'd recommend this spot for a date or a dinner out — it's this clean AND they grill everything for you!! Highly recommend~~
As you can see in the photos, doesn't the meat quality look amazing?! Haha. The half-pig set is a perfect combination of pork belly, pork neck, and herb-marinated pork skin — a full course you can enjoy from the meat straight through to the skin.
Also attaching a video of the meat at Anmin Yangsan, a Yangsan meat spot I'd go back to again~!! It sucks up all the smoke too, really great. No worries about smells, haha haha. If you're looking for a delicious BBQ place in Yangsan, go to Anmin Yangsan.

Once the meat is fully grilled, they place it here, and there's a low flame underneath so the meat stays warm and at great quality the whole time you're eating — that's Anmin, a Yangsan pork belly restaurant ^^
How many dipping sauces come with the meat?
At Anmin Yangsan there's a really wide variety of sauces to dip your meat in. Switching between sauces kept things from getting repetitive.

There were so many different sauces to dip the meat into that we never got tired of it while eating. Sometimes it tasted like tonkatsu, sometimes like lamb, haha haha. The flavor of the meat changed depending on which sauce we dipped it in, which was a fun and refreshing touch.
Mashitte cold ramen, the side we ordered with the pork
Anmin Yangsan's Mashitte cold ramen is apparently made with a base of house-brewed anchovy broth and buckwheat soba. Mixing in the grated radish and wasabi garnish really lets you enjoy it properly.

And here's the Mashitte cold ramen we ordered because we wanted to try it~!! A cold ramen made with a base of house-brewed anchovy broth and buckwheat soba!! Mixing in the grated radish and wasabi garnish let us enjoy the Mashitte cold ramen at its best — and eating it alongside the meat was a really great combination. The cold ramen cut right through the fatty richness of the meat. There are other side menu items besides the cold ramen too, so it's worth checking those out as well.
