I went to Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch today, a Millak-dong favorite! Muhan Paldo Daepae branches have been popping up everywhere lately — that's how good it is! Spoiler: it was really delicious. The meat was super fresh, the side dishes were perfect, and I came back stuffed to the brim.

Where is Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch, and what does it look like?
This Millak-dong favorite is honestly huge just from the outside. I parked and dashed straight in — I was starving, haha.

There's also a spacious, clean waiting area!

Does the smoke smell linger? Inside Muhan Paldo Daepae and its kids' playroom
The inside is even bigger than the photos above suggest!!! What struck me as spacious and pleasant was that, even though it's an all-you-can-eat meat place, it barely smelled of meat! Even after I got home, there was almost no smell on my clothes or hair — the ventilation system is the best I've felt!
There's also a playroom for young kids! You can even watch them on CCTV while you eat!

How much does the all-you-can-eat meat cost at Muhan Paldo Daepae?
The premium Paldo Daepae set is ₩18,900 per person, and unlimited soju is ₩5,900 (₩3,000 per bottle). Sign up for Naver notifications and you get a free side dish of your choice on top — the value here is honestly insane.
Alcohol, drinks and water are all self-serve, so just grab them yourself!

What meats, sauces and self-bar items are on offer?
Thin-sliced Korean pork, thin-sliced beef brisket, pork neck, frozen pork belly, flower pork belly, sliced pork belly, pork trotter cuts, beef brisket... the variety of meat is genuinely wild. I mostly loaded up on beef brisket.
The make-your-own-sauce station is really well set up, almost like a hot pot restaurant! You mix a sauce to your taste, and rice and bread are unlimited too.

There's an event for young kids too! Make sure you write a review to get the freebie!

Hangang ramyeon (instant noodles) / tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) / slushies. Is this really just ₩18,900? Even the vegetable variety is endless, haha. There's so much on offer that I kept going back for more!

How the beef brisket and thin-sliced pork trotter taste
At Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch, I first brought over the beef brisket and the pork trotter cuts, which I'd never tried before, along with a bunch of vegetables!

Haha, this looks so good, right? Beef brisket for ₩18,900 — I mean, come on.

I really recommend the beef brisket — it's unbelievably tender and delicious.

You can't skip this with meat — the soju that surprised me with how cold it was.

The 3,000 won doenjang jjigae and round two with frozen pork belly
Doenjang jjigae for ₩3,000. As someone who absolutely needs soup while eating meat, I ordered the stew right away! I was torn between that and naengmyeon (cold noodles), but I think I made the right call.
Round two was frozen pork belly!! The quality was honestly great — it was really tasty.

How to build the pork rib burger at the self-bar
For the pork rib burger, microwave a dinner roll for 10 seconds, pile on the meat tossed in seasoning sauce, then add lettuce and onion — done!! (I skipped the strawberry jam!) It's genuinely so good, you have to try making it!

After eating so much meat, I boiled up a Teumsae ramyeon! The Hangang ramyeon machine is the best, seriously.

Is Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch worth it?
