Where is Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch, and is there parking?
Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch is an all-you-can-eat thin-sliced pork belly specialist at 394 Millak-ro, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do. It's open daily 11:00-22:00 (last order 21:00) and runs 365 days a year. When I heard there was an all-you-can-eat thin pork belly place in Millak-dong, Uijeongbu, on a day I was craving meat, I ran straight over to this Uijeongbu restaurant ❤️
There's a bus stop right in front of the restaurant, so village bus No. 206 gets you there easily, and there's a parking lot behind the building if you're driving. That said, the lot isn't very big, so if parking is tight, note that there's paid parking at the Daiso building right next door ⭐️

The all-you-can-eat Paldo Daepae pricing was posted right outside before we even walked in,

How long do you get, and what is the restaurant like inside?
The time limit at Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch was also posted out front — 120 minutes on weekdays and 100 minutes on weekends/holidays. Inside, tables are arranged on both sides around a central self-serve bar; it's a spacious place that would work really well for family meals, group gatherings, or company dinners!
There's even a kids' playroom, so it's a good spot to bring children too :)

You order conveniently from your table via a table-order tablet, and the menu is organized into all-you-can-eat meat / sides / extra items. If you leave an Instagram or Naver receipt review, you get one go at the claw machine, so keep that in mind ⭐️

7 kinds of meat and 8 regional sauces at the self-serve bar
We ordered the all-you-can-eat Paldo Daepae for 2 adults, and from here you're free to bring over as much meat and side dishes as you like from the self-serve bar. There were 7 kinds of meat prepared in total: frozen pork belly, flower pork belly, thin-sliced pork belly, Korean native pork belly, thin-sliced beef brisket, thin-sliced pork neck, and thin-sliced pig's feet,

and sauces representing all 8 provinces of Korea: the Seoul/Gyeonggi signature soy sauce, Chungcheong-do cheonggukjang (fermented soybean) sauce, Jeollabuk-do gochujang sauce, Jeollanam-do salted shrimp sauce, Gyeongsangbuk-do makjang sauce, Gyeongsangnam-do mustard sauce, Gangwon-do perilla oil soy sauce, and Jeju-do fermented anchovy sauce, along with

bean sprouts, napa cabbage kimchi, bracken fern, pink sausage, chili peppers, mushrooms, tofu, onion, perilla leaves, lettuce, kale, scallion shreds, garlic, and more

rice, fried-rice ingredients, dinner rolls, strawberry jam,

and a Han River ramen corner where you can cook up various kinds of ramen yourself, plus tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and slushies, all free to use as you like :)

There's also paid unlimited soju, other liquor, and canned drinks — you pre-order these, then help yourself to the liquor, drinks, and glasses.

Thin-sliced pork belly dipped in cheonggukjang (fermented soybean) sauce
First I scooped up a little of each sauce, but the cheonggukjang (fermented soybean) sauce was totally my style, so I kept going back to just that one, haha. I also grabbed tteokbokki, vegetables for wrapping, and other things to eat alongside the meat, plus a bit of everything meat-wise, haha.
We loaded the meat onto the grill along with mushrooms, kimchi, bean sprouts, and bracken fern, and cooked it all until nicely browned before eating :)

The meat was good quality even eaten plain, but dipping it in sauce, wrapping it in lettuce, and adding all sorts of extras made me way too full 😅😂
Squid jjamppong Han River ramen and 4,000-won cold noodles to finish
We had to try the Han River ramen at the Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch self-serve bar, so we took a ramen break mid-meal 😊😊 We cooked up a squid jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) ramen, and this oh-jjam, which I hadn't had in ages, was just as delicious as ever, haha.

And of course, we finished with cold noodles again... haha. The cold noodles were 4,000 won, the portion was huge, and the icy, refreshing broth was a great way to end the meal :)
