This restaurant is near Exit 9 of Gireum Station and right beside Hyundai Department Store Mia. The whole space was clean and bright.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in soft natural light, and the seats were comfortable too.

The ricotta salad pizza and pollock-roe cream pasta we ordered
What we ordered Mont Blanc pollock-roe cream pasta Ricotta salad pizza

Ricotta salad pizza with a fun, pastry-like crust
Of the two dishes, the ricotta salad pizza was the visual standout. Rather than a typical pizza base, the dough had the texture of pastry: flaky inside and crisp, which made it even more interesting. It was generously topped with fresh salad and ricotta, making it feel a little lighter than ordinary pizza.

The freshness of the ricotta salad and the softness of the ricotta cheese came together beautifully. I think it is a dish many women would enjoy.
There was plenty of cheese on the crust as well as ricotta, so it had a pleasantly chewy bite. The portion was generous too; we had a few slices left, and they packed them up neatly so we could enjoy them again at home~

Mont Blanc pollock-roe cream pasta served in a bread bowl
Next was the Mont Blanc pollock-roe cream pasta that my mom had been most looking forward to. It combined the savory saltiness of myeongnan (seasoned pollock roe) with a creamy, gently spicy sauce.

The pasta came inside bread, with extra sauce served generously on the side. Spoon more sauce into the bread bowl and the pasta becomes even richer; dip the bread in the sauce too, and it is really delicious!

Rather than eating the bread and pasta separately, I loved having bread that had thoroughly soaked up the sauce with the pasta. It gave one dish different flavors and textures. The saltiness of the pollock roe kept the cream sauce from feeling too rich, and the slight heat made it impossible to stop reaching for another bite :)

This is a dish I would definitely recommend trying here! The popping pollock roe and spicy note add more savory depth than regular cream pasta.

I devoured the pasta noodles and tore apart the bread bowl soaked with sauce, enjoying every bit of it.

Grapefruit ade that paired well with the cream pasta
And then there was the refreshing grapefruit ade! Pizza and cream pasta can leave your mouth feeling a little heavy, so the bright grapefruit flavor paired very well.

A great Mia Sageori restaurant for enjoying a range of Italian dishes—pizza, pasta, salad, brunch, and steak—in a casual, comfortable setting. It is great with friends, family, or a date, so I recommend it if you are looking for a pasta and brunch spot with a nice atmosphere near Mia Sageori!
