I visited Su Noraebang Mia Branch (수노래방 미아점) near Miasageori with a friend because we wanted to sing old favorites and have a fun night out for the first time in ages! I thought every karaoke place would be pretty similar, but this one was much bigger than expected, with distinctive décor from the entrance onward—it immediately caught my eye.

It is also a filming location for the MBC drama <Married Woman Killer>, so there was the added fun of looking around a drama set. Beyond simply singing, this is a Miasageori karaoke venue worth visiting if you prefer clean, spacious surroundings.

Right in front of Miasageori Station, so it is easy to find.

Getting to Su Noraebang Mia Branch from Miasageori Station

Su Noraebang Mia Branch is close to Miasageori Station, so it was easy to reach by public transportation. We came out near Exit 2 of Miasageori Station. The area around the station is lively, with plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it a good spot for karaoke as a second stop after dinner.

The building itself is large, and its sign is brightly lit at night, so it was not difficult to find.

Once inside the building, there is a floor directory. Su Noraebang Mia Branch is on B2.

One tip: check the elevator notice carefully. When I visited, the elevator shown in the photo only went down to B1, and guests using Su Noraebang were directed to get help from staff at the Joyful Noraebang counter on B1. Keep this in mind on your first visit so you do not get turned around.

MBC drama filming space

A filming location for an MBC drama?

Notice for the <Married Woman Killer> drama filming location

The first thing I noticed upon entering was the filming-location notice. It said this was a filming site for the MBC drama <Married Woman Killer>, and photos of actual filming scenes were displayed too. It was a little fascinating to see a karaoke venue used as a drama location.

The lobby and waiting area were fairly roomy, with sofas, so it looked comfortable for waiting for your group.

Drinks and snack menu

There is a wide range of drinks and snacks, too.

After singing for a while, you get thirsty and start craving a simple snack, right? There was a separate refrigerator by the counter, making it easy to see the drink options at a glance: soda, tea, coffee, bottled water, and more.

At the time of my visit, snacks were listed as fresh seasonal fruit for ₩20,000, semi-dried squid for ₩15,000, and assorted dry snacks for ₩10,000. There were also sets pairing drinks and snacks: the Fruit Set was ₩38,000, the Semi-dried Set ₩33,000, and the Full Set—with fruit and semi-dried squid—₩52,000. A set seemed like a good option if you are visiting as a group and planning to stay for a while.

It looks like Gong Hyo-jin filmed a singing scene here.

Points and events

Check out the points program and events, too.

There was also information about a points card at the counter. It said 10% of the room charge would be credited as points, which could be used instead of cash once the balance reached ₩25,000 or more. There was apparently also a birthday benefit that sends a free-use invitation voucher to use with family or friends, so a points card could be worthwhile for regular visitors.

When I visited, there was also an event offering a ₩10,000 karaoke-use voucher with payments of ₩30,000 or more. Event details may change over time, so check with the counter when you visit.

Su Noraebang Mia Branch room rates

Here are the rates posted at the counter when I visited. Prices varied by room type: COUPLE Couple Room ₩25,000, BASIC Basic Room ₩28,000, GOLD Gold Room ₩35,000, LUXURY Luxury Room ₩50,000, and VIP ROOM ₩80,000.

We used the Gold Room, by the way. The rooms seem to vary in size and décor, so it would be best to choose according to your group size. Rates and operating policies may change, so I recommend checking again when you actually visit.

Distinctive interior with a glass-floor corridor

Is this really a karaoke venue? Such distinctive interior décor.

Su Noraebang corridor with glass-floor decoration

Personally, the corridor leading to the rooms was the most memorable space. Part of the floor is glass, with flowers, pebbles, and plants arranged underneath; these are reflected on the ceiling as well, creating a very unusual atmosphere. It is a pretty spot in photos, too! Rooms line the corridor, and the whole place also gave the impression of being well maintained.

A spacious Gold Room and huge screen

The rooms are spacious enough for a group visit.

When we entered the room, it was quite a bit bigger than I had expected. The white, marble-like décor made it feel more like a small party room than a karaoke venue. The screen, especially, was huge.

Once we started singing and turned on the lights, red, blue, green, and other colors spread throughout the room, completely changing the mood. It was clean and calm when brightly lit, then transformed into a proper karaoke atmosphere when we sang—haha.

A large mirror on the wall reflected the lighting and screen, making the room look even bigger than it really was. There were several speakers, microphones, and karaoke equipment, making it great for singing your hearts out with friends and taking a trip down memory lane.

The <Married Woman Killer> filming location was the room right next door, so I went over for a look. It was much larger.

My experience at Su Noraebang Mia Branch

After using it myself, I especially liked that the room was spacious and never felt cramped. Turning on the lights really brought the atmosphere to life, making it feel like we had properly come out to have fun with friends. More than anything, the interior stood out compared with an ordinary karaoke venue.

From the entrance to the waiting area, corridor, and rooms, each space felt thoughtfully decorated, so it was fun simply to look around. The extra detail of it being a drama filming location made it even more memorable.

If you are looking for karaoke in Miasageori

This is a solid choice for anyone looking for a second venue after meeting friends in Miasageori, or for a slightly roomier, cleaner karaoke spot. Its easy access from Miasageori Station, spacious rooms, huge screen, and lighting were particularly impressive. Being a filming site for <Married Woman Killer> was a small extra bit of fun, too.

When you want to let off steam by singing your heart out with friends for the first time in a while, and are looking for a different kind of karaoke venue in Miasageori, give Su Noraebang Mia Branch a visit!
