Unlimited shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps in Seongnam

Today I came for lunch at Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch (다담샤브샤브&월남쌈 위례점), a great-value spot near Namwirye Station where you can enjoy unlimited shabu-shabu and wolnamssam (Vietnamese rice-paper wraps).

There is an underground parking lot in the building, so it was easy to park and come upstairs. Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is on the third floor, visible beside the table-tennis hall, so it was easy to find.

The interior was beautifully decorated with a view through its full-height windows, and I liked seeing private spaces with plenty of room for groups.

I liked being able to order quickly on the ordering pad at each table at Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch. There were three broths available, and since a split pot was possible, we ordered spicy and original broth.

Unlimited beef neck chuck and brisket, too

At Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch, you can enjoy unlimited shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps, which felt wonderfully good value. There were two meat options—beef neck chuck and beef brisket—so it was great to enjoy unlimited meat as well!!

A basic platter piled high with all kinds of shabu-shabu vegetables and wrap vegetables made the table feel so abundant. The ingredients for the Vietnamese wraps were stored fresh and nicely cut into easy-to-eat sizes, too.

We also brought rice paper and warm water to the table for the Vietnamese wraps.

After enjoying unlimited shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps, there was coffee and ice cream ready for dessert. I also liked that they had instructions for making affogato with the tasty dessert ice cream~

Once we brought back a generous spread of shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps, the table was so full that it was almost hard to fit everything on it. We chose tender, clean-tasting beef neck chuck.

We divided the vegetables and meat between the bubbling broths, then topped up the broth generously too. The meat quality at Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch was seriously on another level!! The texture was so good that I lost count of how much I brought back—it was truly tender and delicious.

My friend and I were so hungry for a late breakfast-early lunch, so we quickly got the Vietnamese wraps ready and made one generously filled wrap after another!! They were also so delicious with the shabu-shabu, and since it had been a while since I last had Vietnamese wraps, the two of us ate away without even thinking—plate one, two, three~~ It was so nice to enjoy them unlimited without a care.

We had chili sauce and peanut sauce, and skipped the soy sauce today. We dipped the Vietnamese wraps enthusiastically in peanut sauce and had the shabu-shabu with chili sauce. My friend and I were so focused on our feast that we did not even notice lunch passing by, and our stomachs filled up in no time!!

The spicy broth was clean-tasting with a pleasantly sharp kick, which made it so appealing, while the original broth was also mild and delicious with an attractive sweet-and-salty balance~~ We added fish balls and rice cakes and cooked them up properly—oh my, oh my!! I have no idea how much we ate and enjoyed at this great-value restaurant near Namwirye Station!!

Our third platter of beef neck chuck!! Seriously, we ate and ate and ate again. I was so satisfied to enjoy unlimited shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps so freely at such great value!

Going all in on Vietnamese wraps!!

Today, rather than shabu-shabu, we went all in on Vietnamese wraps!! It had been so long since I last enjoyed them, and I was truly satisfied with how delicious they were!!

We wrapped things up nicely with dessert ice cream!! Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch was so tasty, generous, and good value. I would recommend it for a family meal, family gathering, family dinner, or group meet-up~~
