Euljiro burger restaurant sharing a 300g Hanwoo patty: Daily Fix

Today I'm introducing Daily Fix Euljiro. The weather was so nice this weekend. I took a relaxed walk between City Hall Station and Euljiro 1-ga, and by evening I was hungry and craving a handmade burger for once.

Daily Fix is one of my go-to handmade burger brands. They use 100% Hanwoo (Korean beef) patties made fresh every day, so no matter which branch I visit, I always leave satisfied. This time at Daily Fix Euljiro was no exception — it was delicious. So let's get into my review of this City Hall Station favorite, Daily Fix Euljiro!

Daily Fix Euljiro sits right by Euljiro 1-ga Station Exit 1. It's also close to City Hall Station Exit 4 and Jonggak Station Exit 5, so it's easy to reach by public transit. Parking is available too — here's the info.

Daily Fix Euljiro actually has three entrances! It was nice being able to walk in easily no matter which direction I came from.

Inside Daily Fix Euljiro: interior and seating

Here's the inside of Daily Fix Euljiro, a favorite near Euljiro 1-ga. The yellow seats caught my eye the moment I walked in — stylish decor with a hip edge that I really liked. The lighting was soft and moody too, making it a good spot for a date near City Hall or Euljiro 1-ga before or after a handmade burger.

I especially loved how soft the yellow sofa seating was! I'm kind of picky about chairs haha... but if you're eating anyway, might as well sit comfortably, right?

There were a lot of foreign customers in the restaurant too — proof this Euljiro 1-ga burger spot delivers authentic flavor, I'd say.

This Myeongdong-area favorite, Daily Fix Euljiro, has tables for 2 and 4 as well as 6-person tables, making it great for group visits. In fact, a foreign family group was sitting at the table in the photo below, enjoying their meal. There's also a bar table, which looked good for solo dining near Euljiro 1-ga.

There are outdoor tables outside the restaurant too, great for enjoying a handmade burger outside in this kind of nice weather.

Chili cheese fries: real chunks of meat in the homemade chili sauce

Here's my review of Daily Fix Euljiro, a handmade burger favorite near City Hall Station. Starting off cool with a soda~

Chili Cheese Fries — french fries topped with beef chili sauce simmered for hours with a mix of spices, and cheese sauce

Whenever I come for a handmade burger, I always order the chili cheese fries. The portion was pretty generous too, piled high with cheese and chili sauce — I enjoyed every bite.

Apparently the recipe is a special chili recipe passed down from a Mexican roommate's grandmother during their time studying in the US. Maybe because it's homemade chili sauce, you could taste and feel chunks of meat throughout, which gave it great texture along with great flavor. The plain fries were fried nice and crispy too, and dipping them in the ketchup that came with it made them even better.

Double cheeseburger (300g Hanwoo): the cross-section and the juices

Everything on the menu at this Euljiro 1-ga Station handmade burger favorite looked delicious, so it was hard to choose. I was tempted by both the bacon cheeseburger (a Kang Min-kyung recommendation) and the chicken burger, my personal favorite, but in the end I went classic with the double cheeseburger and the classic burger.

Cutting into the burger — wow, the cross-section is no joke. The moment you take a bite, the patty's juices and rich beefy aroma fill your mouth, genuinely delicious, living up to its reputation as a top handmade burger spot near Euljiro 1-ga. It wasn't loaded with a bunch of different toppings — just the classic basics — but even so, the patty alone made it feel completely satisfying, which I loved even more.

Classic burger (150g Hanwoo): the lighter, cleaner option

The classic burger comes with onion, tomato and lettuce on top of the cheese and patty. The vegetables were fresh with a nice crunch, and overall it was a clean, satisfying bite. If you find heavier flavors a bit much, I'd recommend the classic burger.

Daily Fix's buns are really soft and tasty too. Usually when I eat a handmade burger I get full and end up leaving about half the bun, but this time I finished it all, buns included haha.

My friend was great at splitting the burgers evenly, so we shared the classic burger and double cheeseburger half and half. It was nice getting to enjoy both flavors.

Verdict: is Daily Fix Euljiro worth it for a burger near Euljiro 1-ga?
