What I ordered at Jejju City Hall Branch was the 'Jejju Anju Samchongsa,' priced at ₩24,800. The name alone tells you it's a menu meant for eating several things at once.

It's a combo where you get to enjoy salmon, sushi, and fried shrimp together, so instead of eating one thing the whole time, you get to pick and choose. Personally I love this kind of menu because you don't have to order salmon separately, sushi separately, and fried food separately just to get variety — you get it all in one order. It seemed especially well suited to people looking for something to sip on back at their accommodation during a Jeju trip, or people who want a bit of everything but don't want to commit to ordering multiple dishes. I picked the Anju Samchongsa just from the name, and having several kinds together made picking through it one by one genuinely fun.

This place definitely knows how to do salmon. The distinctive umami of the salmon came through deeply, and I really loved how clean it was — not a trace of fishy smell.
