Your host arrived early to try a variety of sushi haha ✨ The sashimi looked insanely good (P) ✨ The mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) looked amazing too, 🥹 but sadly (?) this time we were mid-trip so we only picked sushi haha I'd already spent ages staring at the menu deciding what to get, but seeing it in person, I fell for the visuals all over again and started second-guessing myself..? 😭
So in the end we ordered

What comes in the cold-bag takeout packaging for eating in the car
The Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang Moraenae Market Branch takeout came in a cold bag with ice packs, pickled radish, ginger, and soup stock concentrate. Since we were heading out on a trip, we decided to eat it in the car despite the hot weather ~ ! The packaging was so neat and tidy that it was actually easy to eat in the car ~
The ice packs, pickled radish, ginger, and soup stock concentrate were all packed neatly inside the cold bag! ~ Pour about 10ml of warm water (paper-cup size) into the soup stock concentrate and you get a warm, savory soup ✨ There was even a cute fish-shaped soy sauce bottle and cup, so it seemed easy to eat anywhere haha

As a regular sushi lover, I'd already fallen for the visuals..
The favourite: mixed shrimp sushi, 10 pieces for 13,000 won
First up is the mixed shrimp sushi! Personally my one pick.. highly recommend this one 💛
The soy-marinated shrimp sushi here was seriously thick and chewy 🤍 you could feel the plump texture in every bite ~ ~ The second I took a bite, I immediately said we should come back and buy soy shrimp sushi separately next time .. 🥹
Futomaki packed with salmon and tuna, 5 pieces for 15,000 won
Do you see those big round puppy eyes?? haha even that 'give-me-a-bite' face ,, 🥹 what can I do, she's my baby.. Next up, futomaki in a genuinely oversized size! Stuffed inside with salmon + tuna + all kinds of vegetables, each bite was really packed 👏🏻 every piece felt fresh — this futomaki was great for sharing haha, wolfing it down felt perfect ☀️

Last but not least, the omakase! DADDY's review was that he'd never seen an assorted sushi set with this much variety before 🥰 Above all, the sashimi on top was really thick and generously sized, so we enjoyed it all the way to the last bite ~ Savoring each piece one by one, it disappeared in no time ..??? 😉
And in the end, she got pouty ENDING 🤣 sorry unnie ^^ can't give you this one.. 💦

A place we stopped by while passing through on a family trip! 'Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang Moraenae Market Branch' 🍣 tucked inside Moraenae Market. Every piece of sushi had genuinely great freshness and quality, so it was really nice to pack it to go while traveling, or to eat at home. Given the sushi quality, the mixed sashimi platter seemed like it'd be great too! Your host is now determined to get the soy shrimp sushi and mulhoe next time 🥹 The packaging was so neat that it seemed perfect for picnics, road trips, or eating at home.
