The interior has a clean, neat feel overall. Most tables seat four to six people, making it easy to dine comfortably. There is also a separate room, so I recommend it for company dinners or group gatherings 👍 I have had a work dinner here too, and it was comfortable even with nearly 20 people eating together!

On one side, they even have everything from candy to floss and mouthwash. That thoughtful attention to detail really impressed me 🤤

Because we visited with a reservation, the banchan (Korean side dishes) had already been set out and we could sit down right away. I recommend reserving—you can be shown straight to your table without waiting‼️

A menu where you can choose fresh or marinated meat

At Yangsimso Ansan Gojan Branch, you can enjoy many different cuts of beef. I liked that even within the same cut, you can choose either fresh or marinated meat according to your preference 🥩 Beyond beef, there is pork and plenty of side dishes too!

The banchan included kimchi, shredded scallion salad, salad, and more—lots of sides that go well with meat. There were also several sauces to pair with it as you like. It was convenient that you could refill any sides or sauces yourself at the self-service bar 🤤

One platter of 500g aged fresh LA galbi

The two of us ordered 500g of aged fresh LA galbi. Isn't the marbling and color absolutely crazy..!? As one of my repeat spots, what is there even to say about the flavor…

And the truly amazing thing here is that, among the beef dishes, the items marked “(120g yukhoe + doenjang-jjigae)” come with yukhoe and doenjang-jjigae as a service on your first order..

It was not just a tiny service portion either: the high-quality yukhoe (Korean-style seasoned raw beef) was a generous 120g, and the doenjang-jjigae (soybean-paste stew) was a beef brisket version packed with meat. It made for such a complete spread with the beef 🤤 For this alone, if you are looking for a beef restaurant in Jungang-dong, you absolutely have to come to Yangsimso..

And just like that, our generous full spread was complete!

Yangsimso Ansan Gojan Branch carefully selects only good meat, and the quality really was top-notch 🥩 It was not tough at all—just tender and juicy—and so delicious grilled over charcoal. Seriously, I kept reaching for more..🤤

Yangsimso's meat quality and flavor are so good that I recommend choosing the fresh meat to properly taste the beef's natural flavor!!! That is just my personal opinion, though—the marinated meat is really, really delicious too.. Choose whatever you like ❤️
