I've been seeing a lot of milk bread around lately, so I got curious and went to check out Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong haha.

Where is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong, and what is the shop like?
Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong (이지화이트브레드 부천신중동점) is about a 5-minute walk from Sinjung-dong Station, so it's pretty accessible, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby making it an easy stop.

There's a Lotte Cinema right next door too, so it'd be great to grab bread on the way in or out of a movie lol. Since I visited in the evening, quite a lot of the milk bread was already sold out though, sigh.

If you want to browse and pick from a lot of options, it's probably best to go a bit earlier haha. The store itself isn't a big bakery café — it's a compact space, more geared toward buying bread and coffee to take out.

What milk breads does Easy White Bread sell, and for how much?
In front of the counter, they had signage for everything from the basic Golden Beurre milk bread to olive cheese, chestnut rice cake, and walnut cranberry rye milk bread. Beyond the milk bread itself, there was also handmade butter jam, brewed coffee, non-coffee drinks, and gift sets lol.

It said Easy White Bread's milk bread uses premium French AOP-certified butter.

The bread itself is fairly moist and soft, so it was fine to eat plain without any jam haha. What I got that day was the olive cheese milk bread Half for ₩8,500, two pieces of cream castella milk bread for ₩5,600, and the special brewed coffee Mochoberry for ₩4,000. It came to ₩14,100 total.

Why olive cheese milk bread tastes better warmed in the microwave
The olive cheese milk bread Half was ₩8,500 — fine to eat as-is, but way tastier after a quick zap in the microwave. I tried the olive cheese one first. Honestly I'm not usually a big olive fan so I hesitated at first, but I picked it on the staff's recommendation haha.
When you cut into it, black olives and cheese are scattered throughout, and it was honestly a lot tastier than I expected lol. The salty tang of the olives and the savoriness of the cheese went really well with the soft flavor of the milk bread. Once warmed, the cheese melted softly and the bread got even moister, kind of melting in your mouth.

It'd also be nice as a light bite with milk or coffee in the morning lol.

Favourite of the day: cream castella milk bread, 2 for 5,600 won
And the item I personally liked best that day was the cream castella milk bread (2 pieces, ₩5,600). I really love castella normally and eat it often, and Easy White Bread's cream castella stuck with me more than most I've had recently haha.
The texture wasn't dry at all — fluffy and moist — and the sweetness wasn't overdone, so I kept reaching for more. I took it home and ate it with my dad, and he said it was good too, which made me even more satisfied lol. I'd buy this again 100% next time.

How was the Momos Coffee Mochoberry brewed coffee?
For coffee, I picked the special brewed coffee made with Momos Coffee's Mochoberry beans for ₩4,000. It was listed as a 70% Ethiopia, 30% Colombia blend, and the acidity — reminiscent of berries and cherries — came through pretty clearly haha.

If you usually like nutty, heavy coffee, this acidity might feel a bit strong. For me, drinking it alongside the sweet, soft milk bread actually cleaned up my palate nicely, so it worked well lol. The combo with the cream castella especially was pretty good.
Overall, Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong was a place worth stopping by if you like soft, moist milk bread haha.

The olive cheese milk bread was tastier than I expected too, but if I visit again I'm definitely buying the cream castella again lol. If you're looking for a good milk bread spot or bread specialty shop in Bucheon Sinjung-dong, it'd be nice to grab some to go.
